ago-- turkish media outlets reported that turkey and russia reached a deal for a cease-fire in syria. according to reports-- the deal goes into effect after midnight tonight. however officials say the cease fire would not apply to terror organizations but did not elaborate on which insurgent groups would be considered terror organizations. there was no immediate confirmation from turkey's foreign ministry. happening today. the man charged with the murder of tricia mccauley-- will be arraigned on murder charges. adrian duane johnson was taken into custody early tuesday morning. and the seven on your side i-team, dug into his criminal history we found he was supposed to have a g-p-s ankle monitor after being arrested less than two weeks ago on misdemeanor theft charges. johnson was also awaiting a mental evaluation, in that same case. he was also already on probation - from a theft from a c-v-s pharmacy in southeast d-c in 20-15. meanwhile-- mccauley's loved ones are still trying to come to grips with her sudden death, after she went missing on christmas day. the details surrounding her death-- weighed heavily on mourners who gathered to rememberer
