breaking news coming in overnight. an explosion at an ethanol plant. sam sweeney is at the live desk. adrianna, all of this unfolding outside madiscon wisconsin.

people are injured. take a look at the scene. this is a corn milling plant. the owner says there are people misssing. at least 4 medical helicopters were sent to the scene. the company reportedly makes ethanol--- and this explosion took place in the near the lab portion of the plant. the explosion so strong, it knocked out power through out the small town. we are expecting a press conference early this morning. as we get new information we will pass it along. happening today-- the world is waiting for president trump to make a decision about america's future, regarding the paris climate accords. president trump will announce today whether he will pull the nation out of the climate agreement. and that his is expected to have global ramifications. our question of the day - should president trump pull the united states out of the paris climate accord. go to wjla.com/votenow and let us know. abc's kenneth moton has more from northwest.

rush-hour bombing in kabul, afghanistan yesterday. at least 90 people are confirmed dead-- after a suicide car bombing. most of the casualties were civilians, including women and children, but the dead also included afghan security guards. so far-- no one has claimed responsibility for the attack. at least 11 americans were among the 400 people injured in the blast. right now.. the search is on for the man who marred a solemn memorial day event at

police have released a photo of the suspect. they say he groped a young girl multiple times during the ceremony, while the two were standing in a crowd. it happened around 11 a.m. the f-b-i describes the suspect as hispanic.. and between five-five and five-seven. he's believed to be 50 to 60-years-old with short, spikey, gray and black hair. he was wearing a blue or gray short-sleeved shirt, and dark blue shorts. if you recognize him, authorities want to hear from you. a troubling discovery inside one of the district's most popular museums. and now the police are looking for the person responsible. workers say they found a noose inside the national museum of african american history and culture. officials say it happened wednesday afternoon near the segregation exhibit. workers say the discovery highlights the importance of learning about the nation's history. authorities closed a portion of the

galleries for nearly three hours as police and the smithsonian office of protection services investigated. this comes just days after a noose was found in a tree outside the hirshhorn museum. it was found on saturday. police are investigating. meanwhile-- police are also investigating a message of hate spray painted on the home of one of sport's biggest stars. police say vandals spray painted a racist message on the outside gate of lebron james' california property. james is in california preparing for the upcoming nba finals. he family also lives there in the offseason. james solemly talked about the incident during a press conference last night. james's family was james's family was not home. they are back in
