folling breaking news out of baltimore county. thats where a police officer is in the hospital after someone tried to run him over. this is all happeend late last night in patapsco state park.. the park was closed, the officer came to ask the driver to leave. thats when police say the driver reversed and tried to run him over. not once but twice. the officer opened fire, but the driver got away. the maryland natural resources officer is a 25 year veteran. officials say he is expected to survive. this morning bill cosby's accuser will be back on the stand. andrea constand will be cross-examined after telling her version of the story yesterday. in court, constand says she went to cosby's home for dinner several times- and on the 5th visit, she says he gave her pills and wine. constand said quote "i got woozy,
