now to a developing story in charles county -- school board members -- saying no comment' after a closed-door meeting on carlos bell. the h-i-v positive former teachers aide and track coach is accused of sexually assaulting about ten young boys and producing child porn. he has worked at four charles county schools since 2014. people prayed outside benjamin stoddert middle school in waldorf last night. an emergency meeting for parents is set for later this month. this morning. governor terry mcauliffe is defending his to allow last night's execution of inmate william morva. changes to protocol meant morva was shielded from the view of his attorney and witnesses until after he's restrained and i-v lines put in place. governor terry mcauliffe refused to grant a final a clemency request.

security guard and a sheriff's deputy durng a jail escape in 2006. happening today- eulalio tordil will learn his fate. he's the man who went on a shooting rampage... in maryland last year. in total, he shot 6 people - killing 3 including his estranged wife. he was eventually arrested at a busy shopping center.. the sentencing hearing starts at 1:30 this afternoon. as part of a plea agreement, tordil faces life in prison without the possibility of parole. right now. police are looking for the man behind a sexual assault in northwest. it happened sunday night. investigators say the woman was grabbed off the street at knife-point and forced into the basement of a construction site. her attacker then forced her to perform a sex act. police say they don't know how the crime went unnoticed on busy 14th street. police have a desciption of the attack and are working to find him. deve

fairfax county -- a search for vandals -- who did 20-thousand dollars worth of damage -- to an elementary school! police showed us pictures of the damage left behind after a fire was set inside a new addition that's being built at white oaks elementary in burke. a shed also had its front end smashed, and someone slammed a backhoe into a construction trailer. parents and kids are upset someone would do this. police believe the vandalism happened sometime overnight from sunday to monday. new this morning. it's safe to say that the people who stayed up to watch last night's nationals game, probably don't have to be up early today. that's becuase a rain delay pushed the game back three hours! when it finally got under way just after 10 pm-- the game was pretty close. brian goodwin hit a solo homerun to tie it up in the 5th inning. but after that-- it was all braves.

a controverisal new play centers around a case the

religious community. in 20-15, georgetown rabbi barry freundel pleaded guilty to making secret videos of 52 women as they undressed for a ritual bath. he's now serving a six-and-a-half year jail sentence. last night, the play, "constructive fictions" debuted at the capital fringe festival. in the play, four women confront freundel in his jail cell. the woman are composites of all 52 victims. the play will be shown again tonight, tomorrow, and july 20th and 23rd.. at eastman studio theater in northeast d.c.
