the moment a florida deputy says hisnap after a meeting with estranged wife. the dashcam video starts out pretty normal, then things change in an instant. when police arrived, they found that deputy had also stabbed himself. his wife was not hurt. ,he deputy pleaded guilty admitting he was on prescription drugs and suicidal at the time. >> police hope to break open a sexual assault case bowie. it's a guy who writes of the street on a bicycle. they say he is a person of interest in an attack that took place on monday. police are canvassing the community were all this happened . police say a woman was out for a run about 4:30 monday afternoon
