sosa is charged with aggravated assault. >> in orange county, the woman accused of causing a crash that killed a father won't be getting out of jail any time soon. a judge denied bond for cynthia st. pierre. police say she was trying to get away when she slammed into 22-year-old cody garett. as we told you on the morning news, st. pierre had her license revoked and has dozens of charges on her record. garett's family wants to know why she was on the road. >> she never should have been on the road. she should have been in jail. >> darett was finished up a shift when he was killed. his family tells news 6 it was his first night on the job. >> happening later today, mayer buddy dyer will join john hit to make what they call an announcement about the downtown campus. we learned the orlando city

local college grad killed in the line of duty on her first night on the job. this was the powerful scene in virginia as police drove in formation with the hearst. she was shot on saturday night while responding to a domestic violence call. this happened a day after this young lady was sworn in. gwendon who is a graduate was killed and two other officers were injured. the suspect in that shooting, there is his picture has allegedly already admitted to the crime. he is still in jail without bond. >> new this morning, people at one altamonte springs apartment complex being warned to be on the look out for trouble after a man was shot and killed in the parking lot. the victim was found at the lotus landing complex off 434. police won't tell us the man's name. the complex sent out a notice to renters. management is asking people who

coming out of california as a man hunt is going on after a kidnapping suspect led police on a chase manages to slip away from officers. this all started when a man whose name isn't being released reportedly kidnapped his children and their mother. it finally ended when the battery on that man's vehicle died. the man got out of the vehicle with the child in his arms. eventually he gave up and start reasoning away. officers followed him and shots could be heard in the area. police say the man was able to get away. >> classes cancelled in one school district after police say a 14-year-old boy pulled out a gun and opened fire in the school cafeteria. two students were hit by bullets. another two were hurt while shooter. the gunman was taken into custody a short distance from the school.
