3 new this morning..police are working to identify a body found in the ohio river in bracken county.they want to know if it's a woman from pendletown county who's been missing since january 31st. 31-year old tara turner is from falmouth. she was last seen near the california marketplace in campbell county. her family offered a ten- thousand dollar reward for her safe return or the arrest and the conviction of those who

to her disappearance.turner's father tells local 12 police called him to the scene in bracken county last night. 3 we're getting a first look at a 21-year old tri-state native.. being held in north korea.otto warmbier was arrested last month.. and north korean authorities say he perpetrated a hostile act. warmbier admitted he stole a political sign from the hotel where he had been staying.. he begged for forgiveness in the video released by north korea. warmbier a student at the university of virginia.. and a graduate of wyoming high 3 police in dayton ohio say they don't know what the motive is behind a shooting that has left a pastor dead. 70-year-old william schooler was killed inside saint peters missionary baptist church.the reverend's brother..68- year-old daniel schooler.. is now facing a murder charge. dayton police - say this was not a random act of violence. and believe it has something to do with a domestic dispute. witnesses decribe what happened.... 3 curtis booker/witnes s07:58:24-:34"as we were
