3 starting today, regular hours begin for the "art bus service" in asheville after friday's snow storm. news 13's lauren brigman is live downtown with that update. lauren, some buses are hitting the roads right now? i just called the asheville transit station and i'm told two buses are departing on their routes now, much earlier than the 10 a-m start they had yesterday. officials will still be monitoring routes and 3 ((take fs-- bus service)) posting alerts if icy conditions are affecting any of those. go to wlos-dot-com and we will link you to their service alerts page. it's also back to normal for the downtown parking garages. free parking was allowed inside the downtown parking garages...

"asheville pizza and brewing" is just one of many companies across the mountains whose drivers are dealing with the dangers. they are going on side roads and streets that

attention from snow plows. tracy thompson has been making deliveries for "asheville pizza" for seven-years now... and knows the risks that come with winter weather. 3 4452 "a couple years ago i slid down a side street that dumps into merrimon, and if any cars had been coming they would have hit me." 4300 tracy says asheville pizza leaves the decision to deliver up to the drivers. if their drivers do not feel safe because of weather conditions... management will suspend deliveries. 3 3 the snow is still impacting mail delivery and trash collection in haywood county. track pick-up resumed in waynesville, canton, clyde and maggie valley. but some smaller operators are still having a hard time getting through snow that was piled up by plows.. or driveways that have not been cleared. the post office also asks people to make sure snow is cleared six feet on either side of your mailbox so mail trucks can drive up to it. 3 3 3 the nation's largest zinc processor is temporarily idling its plant in rutherford

3 residents of 3 residents of one california apartment complex have been ordered to get out due to fears the structure will fall into the pacific ocean. the apartments in pacifica are located near cliffs that are crumbling, in part, due to the current el nia winter. police posted yellow tags on

released a video of the paris attackers, that details the careful planning before the attack took place. 3 police in miami catch an escaped prisoner after he kicks the back window of a patrol car. the man was being transported to a correctional center yesterday morning when he escaped. he was wanted in georgia on kidnapping, home invasion and narcotics-related charges. he was eventually caught, but not before a grueling chase. 3 "he attempted to strike a florida highway patrol vehicle - one of the miami-dade police vehicles and he did strike a sweetwater vehicle. a pedestrian was also sideswiped during this whole incident." fortunately, no one was hurt during the chase. detectives also said the suspect may be tied to an ohio murder. 3 a grand jury investigating the undercover footage of planned parenthood has found no wrong doing. instead, the anti-abortion activists involved in making the videos have been indicted. they are charged with tampering with a governmental record, and purchasing human organs. those
