our average temperature is 34 is pretty much where we start off in columbia. a little warmer as we get down to orangeburg. all of us in the 30s and then we sort of warm up. although all of us are in the middle to upper 50s, 54 newberry, 57 lexington and columbia, 56 st. matthews, the sun shine feels great. we feel great -- we have the westerly winds as forecasted. you have a lot a pleasant conditions right now all throughout the palmetto state. we are clear skies right now. a cold front to the north of us has been slowly making its way through, but all night cold front that we get during the wintertime this one is dry. this one will not do anything to keep our skies clear. the forecasted highs are pretty much in the upper 50s down to the lower 60s. here in columbia we are expecting a high 62 degrees. it will stay windy and very

dinner, we often think that talents are more fitting in the warmer months and they are this time of the year. while today, we are going to throw that idea right out the window as i share a warm cold- weather salad. we start by washing and drying a good amount of mixed greens. then, we place them on a platter. as for the type, we can use a mix variety, they had a roommate or even kale. and on top of that we toss on some cooked chicken breast that we've cut out along with a thinly sliced pear and a few dark pitted cherries. and if you're thinking does that sound good? wait until you see the dressing. it is some simply bottled italian dressing that we combined with honey, maple syrup, peanut oil and chopped walnuts.
