parkville. problem free towards the harrisburg expressway. 50 on the outer loop as you make your way past 75. a smooth start on 70. in nice start if you travel across the bay bridge. wind warnings are in effect. the bay bridge is running smoothly. no delays to and from the eastern shore. this is the fort mchenry. 95 in the southbound direction, no delays. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> someone in maryland will cop a new millionaire. the winning ticket for the christmas day powerball jackpot was sold in cecil county. kim dacey joins us live with more on the story. what a nice christmas gift. >> the winner has not come forward yet. this is only the second time someone from maryland has won the entire jackpot.
the winning powerball ticket was sold on christmas eve at wesley's restaurant on telegraph road in elkon. the owner said this was the first time his business ever had a winning ticket. the lucky winner is about to be $125 million richer. they will get a lump sum of $79 million. that's $52 million after taxes. but other marylanders will benefit, too. the state gets a portion of the revenue that will go to the general fund. state lottery officals say it's possible the winner has no idea they have won, or they could still be in shock. >> most people take a little longer, couple of weeks, maybe even a month or two. it depends. we usually advise people to talk to a financial adviser or an accountant, an attorney, you know, think about what you're going to do. >> you may want to double check your tickets. the winning powerball numbers were 14, 16, 30, 51, 52, and the powerball is 19. there are still 13 second-tier prize winners out there who
