a woman walking her dog was attacked on the upper west side. antwan: this is a sketch of the suspect, 20 to 30 years old, muscular build with short curly hair, last seen wearing a gray shirt and khaki shorts. the 48-year-old victim was walking her dog in riverside park when the suspect put her in headlock and tried to kiss her. she foug police call crimestoppers 800-577-tips. >> the new york city woman murdered while jogging in princeton. antwan: police there the timeline from 1:00 to 3:00 pm sunday. vanessa was visiting her parents, her attacker was a man and she fought back.

rosanna: emergency crews rushed to 3 world trade center in lower manhattan, there was a crane mishap, after the crazy weather that barreled through new york city. antwan: a piece of it struck a window on the 12th floor happening at 8:30 p.m. the building was unoccupied at the time so no one was hurt, but a spokesman said the crane was nearing this unloaded line when a gust of wind pushed a ball of the pulley system into a window in the side of the building, safety inspectors were on site, it will be replaced. rosanna: how do you feel about a-rod? antwan: saying goodbye is tough and he has had a precarious relationship but still goodbye. >> we had such hopes for him.

it is front page one of the local papers. it pays to work for the mayor because he knows how to give out a nice raise. antwan: he is handing out hefty pay raises talking taxpayers millions of dollars, teresa pelo is live at city hall and breaks down the numbers. >> reporter: the way the numbers break down almost er totals $2 million in total. we took this to people outside the mayor's office and wait till you hear what they have to say when they found out one person, they got a $50,000 bond. the cash is flowing at city hall coming from your piggy bank.

our training kicked in and we knew we would bring him and safely. rosanna: you grabbed him and then what happened after you grabbed him? >> he thought about pulling away but then thought twice about it and i brought him closer to me and my partner also assisted. rosanna: congratulations, this was your first rescue. what was going through your >> pretty much the same thing. just falling back on my training. we have really great training and i knew i had one job at that point, he was the contact officer talking with the individual and i was there to help him pull it in. antwan: tell us the conversation, what was he saying
