now we know that "the new york times" has made a decision to endorse ohio governor john kasich. the times' editorial staff says kasich is the only plausible candidate on the gop side, the board also writes that they are sick of all the side. but, our governor not the only one getting this coveted endorsement. on the democratic side, hilary clinton won the times' endorsement, they say for her policing ideas. >> she shows you have an ability to reach out and win a general election so you can bring about the conservative principles that i've always governed under. >> reporter: of course, it is huge for both clinton and our governor. his campaign hoping that this will be the push that he needs to get into the top two or three candidates on the gop

of course, that yet to be seen. iowa caucuses, tomorrow. bill safos, cleveland 19. >> denise: a very important deadline today this is the last day to sign up for health inches under the affordable health care act if you don't, it is going to cost you. people signing up after this dead -- the fee to sign up is $singh 95 per adult. the deadline is not being -- owners of travelers tavern got a rude awakening someone stole $1500 worth of beer from their cooler, they only had hours to restock before an event held last night. the owners say the robbery seemed to be a trend in the area. police are still looking for

immigration arrested 23-year-old joel wright after an undercover investigation by homeland security agents started exchanging e-mails with him, he believed he was communicate wig a male tour guide in mexico. wright allegedly say he wanted to travel to tijuana to adopt or own a girl under 3-years-old and have sex with her. >> more trouble for manziel. early yesterday morning police in ft. worth, texas responded to a call about his ex-girlfriend's home about a possible assault no one was arrested. police did not find the person who called in the report but found a 23 year although woman who said she had been in an altercation with her ex. she wouldn't cooperate any further. officers couldn't even fine johnny. a helicopter was brought in

he's our seven-month-old little cat that brought in by a good samaritan. as you can see he's very laid back, likes the attention. december what was his story? >> looks like he was found outside, the good samaritan recognized it was cold and him being young didn't stand much of a chance was brought in. he has a nice laid back demeanor. >> denise: he was just chilling in his crate. >> he can run around. he's got that nice mix. >> denise: we have roger. >> a seven to 8-year-old mix, his owner passed away, so we took him in. very good. you can see doing his tricks, he's working on his shake. >> denise: shake, what does that mean?
