year old girl was abducted from a downtown side walk and she told police she was taken away and assaulted. >> the child is at a local hospital in stable condition. harry boomer is live now. what are police telling you, harry? >> i am right now on second street and northeast masland. a young girl, 9 years old, had left the public library down there on lincoln way east walking toward home down second avenue. about 75 feet fromrr in northeast here in masland, right about here in the 500 block of second street she said she was salted by a man who told her that he was a police officer. she said he did not have on a uniform or a badge, but he did have a walky talky. he pulled her into his truck, drove her a short distance away, and that's where she said she was salted. the young man, we described his pick-up. a black pick-up that had skull

also it had ohio written in the back window. she told police that he is a white middle aged man, medium to thin build with a scruffy beard and brown hair. after the attack the girl was released and she walked home and told her step father in law who then called police. masland police are asking anyone who knows who this person is, somebody knows who he is, to please give them a call. because if he's done this once, reason says he' to do it again. it's import tonight get him off the street. harry boomer, cleveland 19. >> >: it sure is, harry, thank you. we're also following a deadly shooting in rocky river. a man is accused of killing his own daughter. >> a chilling 911 call reveals a family dispute. neighbors now stunned by the violence. denise is live in rocky river with the details. denise. >> we were the only ones inside

municipal courtroom as jamaal mansoor was arraigned. he frequently interrupted the judge and the judge explained to him he could no longer return to his home if he was able to post bond. >> the brother of 27 year old tahani masour tells a 911 operator his father just shot his sister. >> my sister's been shot, please send an ambulan >> in her room. >> did she shoot herself? >> no, my father shot her. >> rocky river police say 63 year old jamaal shot his daughter twice. tahani was rushed to fairview hospital and later died. during his arraignment for murder, mansour says he shot his daughter by accident. >> i did not meant that. it was accident. >> neighbors were left stun by what they heard happened.

>> all right, thanks, denise. a cleveland woman in court accused of killing her live-in boyfriend. pearl hapley pleaded not guilty to a murder charge this morning. the judge set bond at a half million dollars. the body of marvin kimmie was found in the trunk of a car on her property. and a second person has died as a result of a crash at a concert in parma heights. nine peopleer woman confused the gas pedal for the brake and ran right into an out door stage at a concert in at commons park last month. the first victim is 61 year old kathleen mcdonald. the second victim now is 68 year old nancy of hinkley. police met with the prosecutor yesterday about possible charges. >> three people hurt in an early morning apartment fire. crews responded to west 112th and clifton in cleveland.

we're going to be talking about this same system right through the upcoming weekend as it look right now. let me show you a future view. we'll start things out tomorrow morning and if you're were eed about the morning commute and kids heading off to school, you shouldn't really worry about the rain too much because it won't be raining with perhaps a little bit moving in west of mansfield. most of us should be dry to start things off tomorrow. here you see 11:00 a.m., and that thunder west of cleveland then that will rotate through by this time tomorrow we will have some showers and storms in play. but the thing is it's going to come in waves, all right? it won't be just because we have rain and thunder in the forecast doesn't mean it's going to be raining every single minute. but the threat will certainly be there. the alert will start tomorrow, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for shoe shower expdz thunder.

someone stole a memorial angel statue honoring a young boy. >> the three year old was struck and killed by a car now neighbors are angry and upset after a woman swiped the statue jen is here getting answers on that theft sthun the accident happened on park avenue last night. and since then people have been dropping off things like teddy bears and candles to help memorialize him. just yesterday somebody helped himself. >> his name was liam and, you won't forget the rest of my life. >> mike harrington is haunted by the scene he witnessed last week after three year old liam bryant darted out into the street and was struck by an on coming car. >> there was a dog cross the street and i think he was running for the dog. >> it's sad, you know since the boy died a memorial has been building in front of the accident site, including a gold angel statue but somebody stole
