and upper 40s by sunday. sabrina: moving now to a sad end to a grain bin rescue mission in southern iowa -- where a farmhand has died. emergency crews swarmed the farm in clarke county near murray on a call about a man stuck in a grain bin wednesday morning. they spent the next few hours working to find the man and get him out. unfortunately the rescue efforts didn't result in a rescue. a 39-year-old man lost his life after crews did everything they could to save him. crews from creston, afton, murray, winterset, humeston, to save the life of a 39 year old farmhand who fell into this grain bin. osceola fire chief mike fry says a grain bin rescue takes specialized training. visual on him for quite got there. holes in all sides of the bin to release the grain and relieve pressure. they say this bin was three- quarters full with 60-

and upper 40s by sunday. sabrina: emergency crews swarmed a farm in south emergency crews swarmed a farm in south central iowa wednesday morning. the 9-1-1 call came from near murray...about a grain bin. local five's amanda krenz was there to witness the rescue mission that had a tragic ending. "amanda intro: 21:40 several crews from this area responded to the call. they got to work immediately on their rescue operation. in a large grain bin like this, that's three quarters full of soybeans - saving a life is difficult. sheriff 8:35 he had been in the grain bin 8 minutes before we got the call. the massive team of first responders triedto save a 39 year old farmhand, eric reasland from creston. he was inside the grain bin trying to level the grain to make it easier to unload. sheriff 8:42 the grain had crusted over which is normal and
