the storms cleared but we have thunderstorms over chester county that just have been sitting there moving very slowly. heaviest right now is right to the west of chadds ford crossing route 1 the past 15 minute we've had 6 lightning strikes associated with this not a lot of lightning but problem is it's dropping a lot of rain 2 to 3" of rain in central chester county and you can see how it's really not moving very quickly it's drifting southeast. if it stays together wilmington will get the storm within the next hour. so the national weather service has issued flash flood warnings for central chester county this include exton. west chester, coatsville and honeybrook. when you get 2 to 3" of time in a short period of time the streams and sceekz cannot handle the water. if you live near a water way be prepared. especially daink us since it is happening late at night. flash flood warning continues until 1:45. we have a nrosh flood watch new

"action news" reporter annie mccormick has the story. >> reporter: it's now been 11 days since nefeteri trader went missing police believe she was abducted and at this point they have no leads and need the public's help. >> on the front lawn where trader was last seen family and
friends said prayers. >> please help and bring this girl home to her family and neighbors and friends to her children. >> and made emotional plea to the public. >> please let me sister come home. her kids need her. >> the 33-year-old mother of three was last seen outside her new kals, delaware home on june 30 around 4:30 a.m. following a quick trip to nearby 7 lech. >> immediately after her visiting 7-eleven she came back home. and that's when there was a witness that actually observed her being forced into her vehicle. and then drive ago way. >> as people get closer, people have to have seen something clearer than he did. >> there's no activity on missing phone or credit card and the owner of the 7-eleven tells "action news" the store surveillance captured her 4:20 a.m. wearing a pink sweat suit bought two cups of coffee, bread and cigarettes.
