charge that carries more time. yesterday the subject said prosecutors failed to approve the olympic track star intended to kill his girlfriend or imagined an intruder he would have failed 25 years for premeditated murder. the courtroom was packed again, they awaited the verdict on culpable homicide and there will be a sentencing hearing at a later date. we'll bring you the developments as we get them. live in the satellite studio, katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> t.j. lane and two other inmats escaped from the correctional facility in lima, ohio, i can confirm from officials involved in the search that t.j. lane is in custody. >> we have more breaking news, a teen killer who escaped an

ohio jail was captured overnight. t.j. lane was serving a triple life sentence for the shooting of three students in the suburb of cleveland back in 2012. he escaped along with two other inmates. one was captured quickly and lane was captured and final inmate is out there at large. classes are cancelled at shard don school so students staff and families can get counseling and support. >> the baltimore ravens managed to put the ray rice controversy behind them for a night. they steam rolled the steelers. former fbi robert muller is investigating the scandal. rice was caught knocking out his

then fiance in the elevator. >> if he did know, he should resign. >> reporter: football fans watching the baltimore ravens game, fours sources say that contrary to what nfl commissioner roger goodell said yesterday he has known since june what happened in the elevator. on june 16 ray rice told the nfl commissioner he punched his wife and her unconscious inside a revel casino elevator. goodell said it wasn't until he saw the video on monday that he new precisely what happened. but the four sources tell espn it was made clear that rice said he was sorry and would never do it again. in the revelations turn out to be true, some feel goodell should go.
