and chester county you're getting particularly wet. this is approaching philadelphia. so be careful as you're heading out with the high humidity we have good downpours with the storms, 75 degrees currently if philadelphia. feels awful out here it's warm and humid, 73 in allentown, 73 in millville. fog is an issue, as well. 1.5-mile visibility in trenton. 3-miles at philadelphia international and we have delays forming. 2.5 in wilmington and millville. so be careful as you're heading out with the downpours in some areas it's hard to see too. 88 degrees for your high. 9:00 a.m., 78. by noon we'll be in a lull, at 3:00 p.m. they fire up. as far as the risk assessment we're under the risk for severe weather, the greatest threat is the downpours and strong winds and lightning with the storms. that's what we're watching for

this road remains closed off crews are working on the site. you can see the smoke and haze that is is that two story home firefighters were called to this morning. the fire broke out at 2:30 on the 100 block of skippack creek road. fire crews were met with heavy smoke when they got here. crews needed water tank iers to fight the fire. authorities have not released conditions of the injured we're hoping to hear the official update. the road is closed as crews work to put out hot spots. the cause is under investigation, live in lower salford township, katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> also breaking a fast-moving fire damaged three homes in mount airy section. the blaze broke out on sherman street at 4:30 a.m., it spread from one home to two others. no reports of injuries. an armed robbery suspect is

in custody following a high-speed chase that ended in a crash and injured two pennsylvania state troopers. state police say they were called in to assist reading police early this morning regarding a stolen car. they began which a i saying it on 422 heading east. two state police tried to stop the car and that's when the suspect ran into them. daniel vazquez was taken to reading police to face assault charge. the search is upon or a shooting suspect. philadelphia police are looking for a second suspect connected to gunfire officers arrested one man who jumped out of the getaway car near germantown and brenner street. the man shot two men during an argument on north carl lyle street. one is stable the other man is stable, have you critical. we're following a developing story in texas where

crews are letting a massive pipeline fire burn out between san antonio and houston. a natural gas pipeline that belongs to energy company exploded. seven families in the area have been asked to leave. the energy company will launch an investigation once the fire bushes out. the prison worker charged with helping two convicted prisoners escape will be back in court today. joyce mitchell supplied the men with tools to help them break out. david sweat and richard matt found their way to a manhole which has been sealed shut. route 374 has been closed during the on going search. all outdoor activities have been suspended. mayor nutter will the

along the coastline. >> let's head over to matt pellman anticipate see what the commute is look like at this point, i see a lot of redlights. >> reporter: a lot of redlights and flashing lights, we don't like to see them, but we've got both on the vine street expressway in center city, westbound side is where there's a crash temporarily they blocked all the westbound lanes of the vine street expressway approaching the schuylkill expressway. we've seen a lot of emergency crews on the scene an ambulance and fire truck and at the moment they are holding the westbound traffic, they are starting to move in the left lane as we watch live in center city. you're seeing brake lights and bag log coming westbound from broad street to the schuylkill expressway. if you stay local or the local vine or the local streets or the schuylkill expressway to get around it, although there speeds have dropped in the low 20s westbound of south street.

i-95 the normal delays forming like 16 miles per hour southbound by girard avenue. word of a crash on the admiral wilson boulevard in pennsauken close to the airport circle by lee avenue. watch out for restrictions. we have the closure in chester county the westbound side of the 30 bypass, now some stacked up traffic waiting to exit at 340 for thorndale all the lanes are blocked. eastbound is getting by slowly, westbound is closed if you're heading westbound stick with business 30, lincoln highway or # 22 or stay on the pennsylvania turnpike as alternates. we have a crash to watch out for in upper merion 202 at henderson road. skippack creek road is closed in lower salford castle road will get you around that. >> thank you matt. new this morning police in delaware are investigating a deadly shooting on north jefferson street in wilmington,

someone shot a 27-year-old man in the chest and later died at the hospital. no arrests have been made. two teenagers have been injured? separate shark attacks in north carolina. both attacks happened on oak island. a witness snapped pictures as people on the beach tried to help a 13-year-old girl who was bitten. two hours later and a little bit away a 16-year-old boy was by then as well. >> i saw what was left of his bloody hand. >> reporter: both teens were flown to the hospital. a hospital spokesperson said each teen had an arm amputated and the girl may lose part of her leg, as well. officials at oak island stay such attacks are rare. people will be allowed back in the water although officials are recommending they might want to spend more time on the beach. someone hacked a
