temple road in west oak lane. one of the victims ran into his mom's house, the second victim was in a car on cheltenham avenue. they believe that person drove to the location while wounded. police ran the plates and found out the bullet-ridden honda was stolen, so the driver faces charges. accident investigators are trying to track down a hit-and-run driver who struck a 23-year-old woman in the city's crescentville section. it happened on adams avenue at 7:30. the victim said she had just stepped off the septa route k bus when she was struck by a driver new silver car. she has a broken ankle. police are checking surveillance video from nearby business in hopes of catching the driver. firefighters were called out to new castle county around

midnight the 500 block of philadelphia pike. the fire started on a second floor apartment. there appears to be a tech business below it. it's unclear if the businesses will open today. >> yet another developing story we're following here, it could impact several businesses on the busy stretch of south street where we find "action news" reporter, eva pilgrim at 5th and south monitoring an overnight water main break. eva. >> reporter: good morning, matt, yeah, this water main break has shut down 5th at south. you can see the water bubbling up. there's actually, i think it's two manhole covers where the water is coming up from right now. we're told water crews shut off the main after it happened when the water first began swelling from the manhole covers. the water is coming up this morning. police have blocked the intersection to traffic. if you take 5th street you
