tunisia national quartet for forming democracy. it is made up of four organizations labor unions, leaders of industry and lawyers and human rights activists. the prize worth $1 million will be presented in december. >> a water main break is closing south street and a number of businesses may be without water as crews begin repairs. eva pilgrim is live on the a 500 block of south street. eva if you have to drive through the area, what does it look like? >> reporter: 5th street is closed. the water is coming up through the manhole covers. there's two areas where the water is coming up. it's starting to pool on the
sides of the road here. water crews shut off the main last night shortly after it happened around 11:15 when the water initially began flowing from the manhole cover. of course it is still coming out this morning. police have blocked the intersection to traffic. if you usually take 5th up through the city you'll need to consult on to another road to get around it. south street is open, so you can travel up and down south street right now. water crews say a number of businesses may be without water as they make repairs on the main. no word on how long the repair will take or when service will be restored to the businesses right along 5th and south street here. we're live in south philadelphia, eva pilgrim channel 6 "action news" "action news." of the. >> thanks, eva. the southwest philadelphia business owner is in critical condition from a violent knife attack. it happened at southwest auto tags on the 6200 block of dick
street. 62-year-old was found lying on the ground with stab wounds. the assailant entered the store at 6:00 p.m. and struggling with him. he stabbed him 20 times in the head and upper torso and robbed the place. the attack left those who know him stunned. >> a nice guy that works everyday and tries to make a living and doesn't do anything crooked. >> police are searching for the suspect and hope to retrieve surveillance video from a nearby gas station. >> 6:05. prosecutors are looking to wrap up their case against griffin campbell, the led contractor in the center city building collapse. the excavator warned campbell that the plan to take down the wall was dangerous. 6 people died and 13 others injured when the wall toppled on the salvation army building

nasty crash in montgomery county that left a motorcycle rider in critical condition in schwenksville. police say the motorcycle collided with the suv. you can see all the damage, both vehicles are mangled. no word if the driver in the car was injured. investigators have a lead in the murder of the 38-year-old mother found dead in reasonabling park in hampton township on tuesday. they are searching for a black 1992 for the extended cab that looks similar to these photos, license plate l44eru. >> a piece of debris caused problems for half dozen drivers on i-95 in delaware county last night. state police say a pipe was in

starting to slow up approaching cottman and past the ben franklin bridge to girard, 27 minute ride, normal volume buildings on i-95. we have market street blocked between third and 4th. that's until 10:00 a.m. stick to chestnut or walnut. we have a water main break, 5th street is blocked at south street. you have to use third or 7th to get around that. this is the ben franklin bridge people coming into the city. no big jam eastbound you have the right lane blocked for the on going construction. matt and tam. >> thank you, karen. we have breaking news out of arizona yet another school shooting one student killed and four others injured at northern university flagstaff campus. >> the campus with 20,000 students was placed on full alert. northern arizona said the suspected shooter is in custody. these are some of the tweets that the university put out.
this happened near a dormatory on campus in an area that houses students in the agreeing organization. one person dead four injured. president obama is meeting with the families who lost loved ones in another campus shooting in oregon last week. that happens later today. >> we have more breaking news this morning, the nobel peace prize was given to the tunisiaen national dialogue quartet. they helped the country to a peaceful knock -- democracy. the group created a political process that guaranteed basic rights for everybody in the county. you see people voting peacefully in the video. the changes include young people and women who hold a third of the seats in the tune -- tunisia
government which is rare. >> two men are in the hospital from a double shooting and police plan to arrest one of them. the gunfire hit the two young men on west oak lane at 11:00 p.m. one ran into his mother's house. the second victim ran into car. police ran the plates and found the bullet-riddled honda was stolen. police will charge him. police are looking for a hit-and-run driver who struck a woman in the crescentville section. the victim said she had stepped off the route k bus when she was struck by a driver in a silver car. she has a broken ankle. police are checking nearby video
