>> two temple students were robbed at gunpoint in two separate incidents that police say are not related. katherine scott joins us live from the 22nd police district. >> reporter: two temple students were victims of two different armed robberies. police are investigating the case. neither incident took place on on campus, neither students were injured. the first one happened around 1:00 a.m. at 10th and susquehanna in north philadelphia, again, that is off campus. in that case, police say a 21-year-old temple student was walking back to his car after getting take-out food approached by two men in their early 20s.

they took his wallet and phone and 2005 cadillac with new jersey plates. the student was not injured. around 2:30, another armed robbery was reported on north 18th street. a student was walking home when he was approached by two men in red hoodies. he -- in this case they took his wallet and iphone. a temple student was sexually assaulted near campus last week. flarld to -- in regard to the ad robberies, police sent out an alert telling students to use caution while police investigate. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> gunfire in south philadelphia left one man dead and two others wounded. it happened at ritner street. police found the man dead with

his gun in his hand. two other victims showed up at area hospitals they are in stable condition. police are investigating the mysterious death of brandon creato. they could not determine the cause of death. they have to wait for up to a month for toxicology. the 911 call has been released. >> i woke up he wasn't in the house, i don't know if he wondered out i don't know where's. >> investigators combed the park once again searching for clues. the man's mother tells action her son is innocent and heartbroken. a woman in his 90s is
