after a person refused to pay for are a television. philadelphia mills mall we're hearing 20 him or customers and0 employees inside the 24 hour store when this happened at 1:30 at philadelphia mills mall on the 4300 block of byberry road. let's go to the picture of the suspect. they have a clear picture of who they are looking for. the man tried to leave the walmart with two boxings of boots and sonny 42-inch flat screen tv worth $400. when the cashier asked for the receipt, the suspect showed him an old receipt valued at ten dollars. that's when it got confrontation. they were struggling over the tv the suspect reached for a knife. >> the perpetrator said leave

go or i will kill you. the perpetrator pulled a knife from his pocket, a folding knife. he unfolded it and lunged toward the cashier and attempted to stab him in his chest. >> reporter: but the cashier blocked the stabbing with his right forearm and ended up being slashed in the arm. the suspect left carrying a flat screen entering the gray or light colored vehicle with the hatch back. the store is back open. we're hearing apparently a customer tried to stop the suspect and chase after him on foot. he tried to ram him with the shopping cart, but the suspect got away. there are surveillance cameras inside and outside the store, so they have clear picture of this guy, and northeast detective's want to hear from you if you have any tips. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> a 21-year-old college student is behind bars charged in the murder of a delaware

psychiatrist. christopher frick admitted to stabbing carolyn ekong. he called 911 to confess. he is a senior at the university of delaware majoring in mathematics. according to police he was obsessed with ekong and she was unaware. authorities say he was planning the killing for three years. >> the documents that were recovered from both residents makings it very clear. >> ekong worked for a mental health center in newark. philadelphia police are looking for a person who shot a 56-year-old man in the face. it happened on the 1200 block of south millic street in west philadelphia. the victim suffered two gunshot wounds. he is in the hospital in critical condition. turning to the race for president, gop frontrunner,
