shut down the restaurant in august, yang ming is a popular eatery for more than two decades and was ranked among the best chinese restaurants in the country. now they are rebuilding their reputation. >> customers can come see the kitchen at any time and they are welcome to do that. we want to make sure everything is 100%. >> the owners and manager says the reason for the roach infestvation could be linked to the building's age, it's nearly 200 years old, that is the reason but not an excuse for the unsanitary conditions. >> they were not excusable and it had to do with the age of the building and state of the building. >> we are looking forward to get and hope our customers come back for business in the future and thank you so much. >> now, you may remember this whole thing unfolded this past
