i-95 southbound volume approaching cottman no big delay heading toward center city on i-95 southbound. new castle county, i-95 southbound we have an accident blocking the right lane and the center layne, right at exit 3 at route 273. in winslow township, camden county an accident brought down a pole. the lanes are open on the atlantic city expressway westbound approaching 73 as they deal with the down pole cruel have to see if they restrict traffic a little bit. 42 northbound traffic not too bad at creek road. we have an accident at rittenhouse and lincoln drive. watch for that. >> breaking right now, firefighters have been working for 2 1/2 hours to put out a house fire in reading. it broke out at north 9th and oley street. there was fire equipment on the scene and smoke coming out of the roof.
firefighters say they got the fire under control. but they are out there making sure sure they get out the hot spots. no reports of injuries. happening today, family and friends will starts to goodbye to a little boy from south jersey, brendan creato died over a week ago, but what happened in the last moments of his life is still a mystery to prosecutors. >> reporter: that's right, detectives from the camden county prosecutor's office continue to investigate the case. they are trying to figure out what happened to brendan and what caused him to lose his life at 3 years old. the haddon township community is reeling over the death of brendan creato. toxicology results could take up to a month. the prosecutor's office said there were no signs of scksal --
sexual assault and no signs of forced entry. >> there's no answers. >> reporter: back on october 13, the little boy's father called 9# 1 atmosphere 6:00 a.m. saying -- 911 at 6:00 a.m. saying his son wandered off from the apartment overnight. he was found in a wooded area a half mile from his father's home. his lawyer spoke on behalf of of the father. >> he is not a suspect and has cooperated. >> reporter: his viewing is set for tomorrow. >> a driver involved in this crash in northeast philadelphia is recovering in the hospital. it happened at 1:30 a.m. on the northbound side of boulevard at southampton ron road. a -- southampton road.
a minivan and car collided. police say they nabbed one of the two men seen on the surveillance video who they say were involved of the armed robberies of temple students. 26-year-old robert shell is behind bars this morning. police are looking for 19-year-old anthony grays. >> it is 6:05 we're following a developing story, a police officer from albuquerque, new mexico is fighting for his life he has been shot multiple times in the line of duty. police say there was an altercation during a traffic stop. they took a person connected to the shooting into custody overnight. "action news" will follow details of the police shooting in new mexico. coming to us from new mexico new information about a man under arrest from a road rage shooting. his bullet entered the back window of a truck and killed a
4-year-old girl. tony torres confessed to shooting lilly garcia. the man pulled up to the family pick up truck and fired into the truck. police say an anonymous caller gave the police the info that led to torres. when you offered a next day deliver and don't deliver the next day, you can't charge for next day delivery. such is the problem for ups. >> good points there, matt, ups will pay claims of overnights deliver. ups employees recorded the wrong deliver times, customers were charged for next day service even though the package was

flames shot from the roof of the highrise in pasaic overnight. a ceiling partially collapsed on one firefighter and a second firefighter suffered burns to his neck. some question whether the smoke alarms were working. red cross is assisting the victims. as many as 400 people were displaced. >> gunfire has a 28-year-old man fighting for his life in delaware. wilmington police marked off 6 shell casings at the scene. he is in the hospital in critical condition. as of yet
