city, a little milder down the shore. ten mile an hour wind in philadelphia. an extra reason to add the extra layer out the door. this afternoon is cooler than the last couple of days. 51 degrees by 8:00. 535 degrees by noon.60 degrees t that around 3:00 or 4:00 p.m. hekaren, we'll have the hallowen forecast and the temple forecast coming up in the search day. >> reporter: all right, dave, we have an accident pemberton, burlington county. chopper 6 zooms in at sheep pen road, they are blocking the road magnolia road is closed in the area. police are on the scene, as well as emergency workers as well. look for this burlington county, magnolia road is shut down.

dealing with the accident involving two tractor-trailer off to the side and fire crews on the scene with this accident. chopper 6 looking live in new jersey. i want to switch the camera view and talk about a problem on i-95 we have a ramp at the betsy ross bridge, a disabled vehicle was partially blocking the ramp. traffic is moving better. northbound is where the disabled was, southbound we can see building volume near the betsy ross bridge. the vine street expressway has reopened, it was closed overnight for construction. westbound traffic is moving okay, a little bit of volume out there, but not too bad. eastbound okay, as well. the construction has cleared. on the big picture no major issues otherwise on the blue route, schuylkill expressway or i-95. in old city, don't forget market street is shut down, that's closed between 5th and 6th. it doesn't open until 1:00 p.m. sunday. septa bus routes, 33, 44, 48, and 17 detutor throod area.

-- detoured through the area. of course it's for a good cause college game day for espn. police say a person opened fire near a youth football field. shots rang out at the jokers football field at 7:30. bullets hit the bleachers, but none. youngsters were hurt. >> multiple people heard the shots and they called into the police department. >> not long after the shooting a man near the field went to the hospital for a gunshot wound to the shoulder, police are searching for the shooter. >> an after-school brawl broke out in allentown. video posted to social media shows a female officer getting

dragged to the grounds and hit by one of the students. police took three minors into custody, all four officers were treated and released from the hospital. police are working to try to figure out what caused the fight in the first place. three tow trucks caught fire in the city's overbrook section near 61st street. two trucks were fully engulfed. flames damaged the interior of the third truck. it is mystery as to what started truck fires. an investigation is underway into how two homes that were under construction went up in flames in manayunk overnight. the fast-moving fire broke out on the 4000 block of manayunk avenue at 2:00 a.m. fire crews saw fire coming from the roof when they arrived on the scene. crews got the fire under control rather quickly.

6:05 an unruly passenger escorted off a philadelphia-bound flight could be charged today. the flight took off yesterday, but an hour later it had to land in phoenix. police say after the suspect made alarming statements he was taken in for psychologic evaluation. the rest of the passengers and crew continue safely to philadelphia. if you're a person who likes to plan ahead you can get ready for next halloween the minute you get out of this year's costume. stacy delacott is in for maribel aber. >> reporter: walmart is launching its first holiday sale sunday. it's putting more emphasis on online deals. they will more price roll back

a kentucky state trooper, that trooper was not hurt. lehigh valley county emmaus high school was locked down after bullets were found in the high school. no weapons were actually taken into the school. so far no arrests have been made. the high school is closed today to give police more time to investigate. former philadelphia mayor john street is expected to testify today in the federal fraud trial of chaka fattah, junior. the congressman's son called former governor ed rendell. he is accused of misusing business loans, he argues that he earned enough money to maintain a lavish lifestyle. >> we paid him $5,000 for his work as a photographer for the lejt of the campaign, he -- length of the campaign, he
