locations. martins creek 31. oxford, 31. fleetwood, 31. warrington, 36. looks like a january or december morning. hammonton, 32 degrees, browns mills, 34. cinnaminson, 36. glassboro, 38. dover, checking in at 35. sunrise at 7:28 this morning, after that we'll see a decent amount of sunshine throughout the morning hours, if you look toward the left-hand side of the screen you'll see the clouds increasing, that's associated with a warm front that will punch through first thing tomorrow morning, maybe it brings with it an isolated shower to parts of the area. the flavor of the day today will be increasing clouds, 45 degrees by 9:00 a.m. lunchtime, 54. 3:00 p.m., 58 that's the forecasted high, by 6:00 we're back down to 53 degrees, sun sets this evening, the 6:00. tomorrow sunset is only 4:58. so you'll notice the change

independence mall. i'm temple students have been down here for hours. you guys barely got any sleep you said you were up making signs. tell me about the signs. >> we're going to be 8-0 after we defeat notre dame. >> you guys took the bus this morning, you've been up early tell me what the bus ride was like. >> reporter: we are high drinking coffee and donuts, we're ready for victory. >> tell me what the week is like on campus, the excitement obviously buildings as the week goes on. >> it's been awesome, everybody has temple made signs it's awesome. it's great for our school. i love it. >> reporter: now these guys have been up since 5:00, some students have been up earlier, let's take a look at the video, the action cam found students arriving on independence mall at
3:30 a.m. two dozen fans arrived the signs in hands him we caught up with temple students leaving the liacouras center. they have 40 buses shuttling to independence mall. all week long the excitement has been buildings for battle number 21 temple and 79ing ranked north dame. many saying this is the biggest game in temple history. college game day broadcast live from 9:00 a.m. to noon on espn. kickoff temple and north dame 5:98 p.m. you can watch it live on 6abc. >> you can catch the big game between temple and north dame on 6abc it begins at 8:00 p.m. tonight. if you're going to be in the crowd for college game day, we invite you to join the action

to end his father's career. congressman if fattah is facing corruption charges. president obama is expected to sign a bill that will keep the country running until 2017. the budget raises defense spending by $80 billion. this avoids a government shut down before the 2016 elections. president obama will sign the budget bill monday. the republican national committee is suspending it's february presidential debate with the nbc. the move is in response to the way its sister station handled the debate on wednesday. he said the questions were designed to embarrass the cab dates. gop was going to host the debate in houston with telemundo and national review as partners.
nbc is working to resolve the matter. hillary clinton e-mails released yesterday involved several big names including celebrities and ceos and political advisors and politics. among the most notable, jimmy carter, ben affleck and he had lady gaga. most of e-mails center around the workings of government and scheduling meetings. atlantic city's revel casino is in moore financial trouble. bank of new york mellon said glen straub owes them $1 million in one paid electricity bills. straub has been trying to reopen the property since buying it in april. he has not reached a deal with the sole supplier of power and water. straub's lawyer said they will

in 2002 franklin field for the harvard penn game. harvard won 44-9. they were quarterbacked by ryan fitzpatrick, the quarterback of the new york jets. hopefully temple has a better outcome than what happened to penn back in 2002. i've got a good feeling. temperatures have been putting on a show here. midweek it was gorgeous, look at wednesday and thursday, wednesday and thursday, 72, 74. yesterday was cooler, 60 degrees. also we had a little bit of a breeze adding to the chill. most of next week get used to the 70s. you'll see a ton of them. as a matter of fact we'll have several days around 73, 74. in the meantime, it's chilly out there, we're in the low 30s, allentown, 31 degrees. reading below freezing we have patching frost out here.
pine barrens south jersey, vineland, millville, 31 degrees, patchy frost developing there. temperatures will warm a little bit, you can see there's nothing going on up and down the mid atlantic coast. the clouds are back here to the west across the great lake states. clouds lower and thicken by 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., you will notice the high, thin clouds. first thing tomorrow morning the system is pulling to the north. it is actually falling apart, it could hang together long enough to produce showers tomorrow morning. otherwise it's clouds and sunshine by afternoon, and warmer. that's a warm front that's lifting to the north. so all this down here starts to punch north and move into the mid atlantic and the northeast start tomorrow and again, these 70s down here could last from tuesday through tuesday of the following week. it looks really, really nice. slightly cooler today. this is very typical of el nino. this is what we see during an el
nino pattern. the jet stream lifts to the north, we get ridging down to the south. winds shift out of the southwest and we get milder weather up and down the eastern seaboard. that will be the pattern we get familiar with over the next few months. it could bring a mild start to the up coming season. december looks very mild. future tracker 6 an increase in clouds. temperatures in the mid 50s, unlike yesterday we'll not be dealing with the chilly breeze. overnight tonight, we'll cloud up, one or two showers develop temperatures in the 40s and 50s and clouds give way to sunshine and it's a gorgeous day. 51 degrees in the lehigh valley. clouds and sun, not much of a breeze. jersey shore, sunny skies, high of 58 degrees. same thing for philadelphia, increasing clouds, winds out of the south at 5 to 10 miles per hour.

football weather as the temperatures take a chilly turn. meteorologist chris sowers is outside with a look ahead jumping up and down. >> reporter: you know me, i love this time of year, every time i see beautiful colored leaves like this right here, i have to show them off. we've got beautiful color up and down the delaware valley this weekend. if that's something you enjoy, it's going to be a nice weekend for that. temperatures are cold, eva was talking about how chilly it is. here some of the numbers, allentown, reading, 31. millville, 31. trenton, 4. 34, wilmington, 37. temperature change 6 to ten degrees colder than yesterday. allentown, 12 degrees colder. the good news we have clear skies up and down the eastern seaboard. what will happen, the sun will
shine brightly and warm things up early and some of the clouds as you look toward the left-hand side of the screen, some clouds roll in late. it will be a cooler day overall, but without the wind it will not be too bad. increasing clouds, cooler with a high of 58 degrees which is just below average for this time of the year. the normal is 60. this evening, the all important evening not only is it halloween, but, of course, we have temple taking on notre dame at the linc 8:00 p.m. start time you can watch it on 6abc. for trick or treaters expect clouds and it will be dry, chilly, though, you'll need something with sleeves. temperatures pull back in the low 50s, it will be colder by the time you get into 9:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m. trick and treatings is done, but moxie will be at the game. dress in something with sleeves. we'll warm up into the 70s in

they blame declining enrollment for the $7.6 million budget gap. a program offerings a tuition break to incoming students at rutgers university camden. bridging the gap helps reduce loan dead nationwide. after applying for state and federal financial aid grant. students with a family income of less than $60,000 a year will have their tuition paid by rut rutgers. students making 60,000 to 100,000 will have half their tuition paid. the program will be available to high school grads enrolling in 2016 they must be a new jersey resident as u.s. citizen and attend class at rutgers camp
