5:00 a.m. on this friday 13 an we're following breaking news. an outbreak of violence in philadelphia has kept police busy with several criminal investigations all over the city. we're live with the details. >> a secret service officer

through the day. windy on the bus stop as you head out to get the car this morning, temperatures around 50 degrees, yesterday's high was 61. today we'll get up to 58 degrees, that will be around 3:00 p.m. it will be windier today with the gusts in the 30s at times stays windy on saturday, what about sunday? temperatures are going up. >> what about the roads this morning, we want to get you off and up for work. this is bucks county i-95 street road, the construction is clear, all lanes open and the ramp open, traffic moving fine. vine street expressway, westbound and eastbound moving fine in both directions. construction is clear, as well. in white marsh township stenton avenue is blocked at joshua road. we have a downed tree causing a problem matt and tam. >> thank you are karen. a violent night has plagued the city, police say five people were shot in four locations

around philadelphia and one of the shootings is now being investigated is a murder, katherine scott is at the scene in southwest philadelphia she's got the very latest. good morning, katherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam, that's right it was a violent night across the city with five people being shot in four separate shootings we're on the scene of a homicide in southwest philadelphia. you can see the block remains closed off with the police investigation. this happened before 2:00 a.m. on the 700 block of senator place, a man in his 20s was shot five times in the face at pointblank range and was pronounced at the scene. a weapon was found under his body. witnesses saw a man flee, police stopped a man who fit the description and they found a gun on him he is in custody. two shooting victims were dropped off at the hospital by private auto around 2:30.

the driver left the hospital. the victims told police this happened at 5th and rock handle. a 24-year-old victim was shot 6 times. a 25-year-old victim was hit twice in his back, both in critical condition, but expected to survive according to police. police have no description of the shooter and they have not been able to find the crime scene or any evidence. police say neighbors didn't hear the gunshots. in the meantime, investigators are trying to interview the men at the hospital. they are checking nearby surveillance cameras. >> we are not certain at this time if the victims are not telling us the truth or may not be certain where they were when they shot. north detective personnel are on location trying to interview them, but they are being worked upon by doctors. >> and back here live on the 7800 block of centor place. the crime scene unit and homicide detectives are here

gathering evidence after man was shot and killed. police are reviewing surveillance footage that could help in the investigation. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> thanks katherine. new from the overnight three men are behind bars for robbing a massage parlor in northern liberties in philadelphia. police say the men forced their way into the spa with one of them stating he was a police officer. detectives are talking to two women from the parlor at police headquarters. >> 5:05 a.m., happening today, a secret service agent will be in front of a judge in delaware today after sexting with a teenager from the white house. the unusual suspect is accused of sending obscene text and images to someone he thought was

a 14-year-old girl from delaware. he was conversing with an undercover officer. away was arrested an ordered to turnover his gun and badge. it's been one month since brandon creato was found dead. police are questioning his aunt. she made a movie video about a little boy who disappears and ends up death. >> it's an uncanny coincide, it's salacious because of that, it's a red herring it's a diversion. it brings nothing to the table to find out what happened. >> investigators in cases like this also question the people closest to the victim.

he said sara jessica has nothing to hide. her brother who is brandon's father was the last to see his son alive. model janice dickenson is suing cosby for defamation. his lawyer denied her story and called it a lied. sex allegations of sexual assault by dozens of women, cosby has never been charged. drexel and bryant university announced it will recind honoraries degrees given to the comedian. prosecutors say a 13-year-old girl was pressured by her boyfriend to send inappropriate pictures. when they broke up, he sent the pictures to other boys starting an online smear campaign.

this is morrisville route 1 no problems between the trenton morrisville bridge and the pennsylvania turnpike. we had a downed tree on stenton avenue that was shut down. they cleared the down tree and things are moving better. we have construction crews in chester county on the the turnpike eastbound between morgantown and downingtown blocking the right lane. we have a downed pole causing the problem in lawrence township route 1 southbound at 295. the downed pole blocking the two right lanes. in mercer county you have an issue there. construction 33 clockner road. 295, both crews will be out there until 6:00. no big problems out there, just lots of construction crews. the winds are different today they are starting to pick up in spots now, this will progress during the day. you might see debris, if you have leftover halloween decorations you might see them
