injuries on the scene. a serious one blocking the right lane in burlington county, new jersey, 130 at trial street that's an issue -- that's an issue at tyler street. expect slowing in that area. we have an accident 295 southbound mount holly willingboro. you have an accident here. farther south as you travel we have people talking about a standstill traffic on 295 because of the construction southbound between route 30 and 42. they are blocking up to two lanes. you have two lanes blocked with construction it will stay blocked until 58:00 a.m. you might want to use the new jersey turnpike it runs parallel. we've got the green traffic flow or locally kings highway or 130. this is southbound traffic approaching cottman, building

volume, no weather-related problems, no fog or rain, you're basically good to go there, tam. the search goes on for the motive in the mass shootings in san bernadino, california was it terrorism workplace rage or both, or something else altogether. annie mccormick is live in the sat center with the details. >> reporter: good morning, tam, the medical examiner has identified all the victims in the mass shooting. the southern california community mourned the death of 14 people by coming together in a show of solidarity in a candle light vigil last night. this as investigators try to understand what the shooters motive were and if it was part of a bigger threat. police say the two gunman syed rizwan farook and tashfeen malik were heavily armed with guns and explosives and thousands of rounds of amunition when they

targeted if a -- farook at work wednesday. they exchanged gunfire and both were killed. fbi found a bomb factory in the couple's home. family members of the victims want the focus on their loved ones and the peaceful life they lived before their death. a new jersey native was among the 14 killed. >> i got an extra hug and kiss before he left, so i'm holding on to that. >> reporter: and fbi investigators are still trying to figure out if this was a terrorist attack or related to a terror attack. at this hour they are working to identify if there were any accomplices that were involved, as well. reporting live from the stat -- the sat center, annie mccormick channel 6 "action news." device was found. school principal has been removed from bartram high school following complaints he pushed a student. no charges have been filed. muhammad took over as principal last year amid a challenging time for the south philadelphia high school after several teachers, staffers and students were attacked. he vowed to change the culture. stocks plunged after investigator didn't like what they heard about european economic development plan. stacy dellacot is in for maribel aber. >> reporter: the right now futures are pointing the a higher open. jobs report are due out. economists are saying 200,000 jobs were created last month. 100,000 darts are being

a camera while holding a wad of cash standing next to a student. school officials are working to identify the man who they say is not a student. they are figure out how he got into the school with the gun. new this morning, a congress has passed a major transportation bill it's on its way to the white house and it could mean roads and bridges get a much-needed update. the bill addresses the aging highways and bridges. it raises the liability cap on train accidents like the deadly amtrak derailment in philadelphia from 200 million to 295 million. that means lawsuits could generate bigger payouts for the victims. republicans in the senate passed a bill to hat federal payments to planned parenthood. it would dismental healthcare overhaul. -- dismantle healthcare overhaul

both. >> lauren lister is in san bernadino with what police learned so far. good morning, lauren. >> reporter: good morning, tam and nydia. we are learning more about the victims of the deadly shooting rampage. we're learning about the two suspects killed in the shootout with police, authorities are searching for a motive trying to figure out what would drive a ro ro -- young couple with an incident fant to carry -- with an infant to carry out this attack. as we learn about the suspects who took 14 in the shooting rampage. >> they were equipped to do another attack. >> reporter: 12 unexploded bombs feature in an al qaeda publication found in the couple's home. one neighbor said his wife was
