of simple assault and reckless endangerment, she claimed she never shouted slurs or hit anyone. a teenager in harrisburg is facing federal charges that he supported isis, the teenager was arrested yesterday after federal authorities say he helped the terrorist organization through social media. john rawlins following the developments and is live in harrisburg with more. >> this story broke yesterday with the release of a federal complaints, the 19-year-old was the center of all of this is charged with aiding and abetting isis as a propagandist and a recruiter. they searched the harrisburg home and it took neighbors by surprise. he is u.s. citizen lives with his parents, he is charged with attempting to provide material support and resources to a terrorist organization, in the

center, dhs spokesperson kate gillis says our hearts go out to the family and our thoughts are with them. a former philadelphia sheriff is indicted, john green is accused of fraud and filing fake tax returns and taking bribes, fellow prosecutors say that he conspired with davis to get personal benefits, he faced a maximum sentence of 85 years, green stepped down in 2011 after 22 years in office. firefighters are trying to determine how a fire started at a home in the olney section of the city. the flames broke out just after 3:00 at a house on the 3900 block of north 5th street, it appears that fire was coming from the back of the house and crews were able to contain the blaze in less than a half hour, it was a cold start to the day

ahead of the democratic debate, bernie sanders debate appears to be in trouble. it cuts sanders off from a crucial data base. >> reporter: good afternoon rick, the dnc says the data breach happened wednesday morning and it is still investigating, the matter could deal a major blow to the sanders came pain, the sanders campaign responding swiftly, firing an operative accused of a data breach getting passed a temporary failed fire wall to look at rival hillary clinton's confidential voter data base, a spokesperson says that behavior is unacceptable and that staffer was immediately fired. but there could be bigger consequences for sander's campaign and the dnc has temporary suspended the campaign's access to the crucial

a police officer in omaha, nebraska, is reis a signed after punching a student the incident happened when a security guard struggled to break up a fight between two young people and police were called in. the witness says that the officer punched the student several times and the student hit the police officer in the head at least twice. president obama will be in san bernardino, california, to meet with the families of those killed in the mass shooting earlier this month. and a friend of the shooter remains in jail this weekend, he is accused of buying the rifles that farook and malik used to kill 14 people. and he planned attacks in 20 is he and 2012 they never carried
