forecasting from storm tracker 6 live. and police have a mystery on their hands when city workers founds skeletal remains in a vacant lot. on the 400 lot of east cambria street, they have not determined if the remains are male or female. the cause of death remains under investigation. police in upper darby identified the man killed in clifton heights. they said that david zolo charged at them with a knife and they tried to subdue him with a taser, and that did not work, they fired two shots and killed him at the scene. his family says he long struggled with mental health issues and police were called to his home nine times since 2007. a 60-year-old chester county man is facing serious allegations tonight, police say he sexually abused a young

family member over the course of several years, sara bloomquist is live in paoli this evening outside of the suspect's house with more. >> reporter: rick, this is where charles robinson lives with his wife and has adopted and biological children, no sign of him here today, but he is due in court in newtown square early tomorrow morning to face charges he sexually abused a young family member for years and now police want to know if there are other victims. 60-year-old charles robinson faces charges including deviant intercourse of a child. police say he repeatedly molested a young family member. and recently the victim came forward to tell investigators what happened. starting at around age 13. >> the victim lived in turmoil,
