boulevard northbound past harbison near the acme cleared out. everything is reopened there. i-95 in delco we had a fuel spill near curlin street that's been cleaned up. no problems, on i-95. overturned vehicle accident on garden state parkway atlantic county southbound is cleared out of the way. everything reopened there on this monday morning. developing this morning, police are looking for the speeding driver who crashed into a parked car sending the car into a home. it happened on south 28th street in city's gray ferry section. the couple inside the home were not injured. inspectors were called out to the scene because the crash daniel the foundation to the home. police are looking at area hospitals to see if the suspects turn up there injured. a customer opened fire at a philadelphia fast food restaurant leaving an economy seriously injured.

police say the customer was angry with another employee who was just cleaning tables nearby. the customer pulled out a gun and fired and striking the employee's brother who works at the restaurant. the gunman left. we'll hear from witnesses in a live report at 6:30 a.m. detectives are searching for the killer who beat a woman to death with a hammer in north philadelphia. they shall the murder was domestic related. it happened on the 2500 of block of north 17th street at 5:00 p.m. the 32-year-old woman was pronounced at the scene. nancy reagan died at the age of 94. she passed away from heart failure. she was famous for her long love affair with her husband president reagan as she was for anything political. >> reporter: their's was a love story spanning 50 years, from hollywood to the white house,

is above a nasty situation here on the eastbound schuylkill expressway, are 45 minutes ago two cars involved in an accident, one flipped over ejecting somebody. both cars, two injuries reported, so two people hurt taken to the hospital. it's an ugly scene for those who use the schuylkill expressway getting into center city. let's get more, matt. >> reporter: you can see from chopper 6 hd the nasty accident in the eastbound lanes east of

montgomery drive. at this point they have reopened the left lane, so traffic moving once again in the left lane heading toward center city, but believe me it's not moving very well. looks like they are preparing to tow away one vehicle, the one lane that is open as chopper pans out a little bit you can see the backup forming in the eastbound lanes. it is a stands still coming east of city avenue through the scene, which, again is montgomery drive, that's the montgomery on-ramp up there. let's pull in the waze app and check out the speeds, 5 miles per hour on the schuylkill expressway. not so pleasant, in a situation like this you can see how people use the waze app. we have so many reports of the congestion on along the schuylkill expressway stay on

detectives. >> reporter: according to police they say was a customer who was upset with the employee for cleaning up while he was eating. police say the customer shot the 19-year-old. the 19-year-old is in temple hospital and underwent surgery overnight. witness keith parker described the cries for help after of the shooting victim after an angry customer opened fire on sunday night. the shooter got annoyed at the employee cleaning tables while he ate. the two began to argue, the employee's brother who work there stepped in. the things escalated and the shooter pumped several bullets into the chest of the second worker. bam bam bam. the person he wanted to shoot, he shot his brother. he just tried to keep his brother from getting involved and keep the incident from escalating. >> reporter: and back out here live, the witness we spoke to
