months after not doing the complete closures overnight. the good news is they have wrapped up now. all lanes reopened in the both directions by the vine along the schuylkill expressway, crews return tonight at 11:00 p.m. and close it down both ways. bucks county, traveling through the great northeast i-95 no problems heading toward center city. in juniata park they are cleaning up from a hit-and-run accident ga east erie by the coca-cola bottling company, stick with b or i and luzerne. we have a crash that brought down a pole pine crest country club pine crest lane. we're seeing 20 minute delays on the west trenton rail line because of signal problems. if you ride the norristown high speed line you're boarding all trains from the outbound platforms at bridge and dekalb
street that because of signal problems on thursday morning. let's get to the breaking news story you mentioned. a driver smashed into an unmarked philadelphia patrol car putting two drivers in the hospital. the driver didn't wait around after the accident, but drove over. katherine scott is live at the scene with the details. >> reporter: matt, that's right, two police officers have minor injuries from this, now police are looking for a dark-colored vehicle with heavy front end damage who they believe rear ended the police vehicle and took off. you can see the intersection is closed off for the police investigation at g and east erie accident. investigators have been called in. it's on the walk up against the coca-cola building. it happened at 3:30 a.m., there were two officers in the unmarked police vehicle, plain clothes officers members of the
tactical team. they were hit after a car came from behind and hit them and took off the police vehicle struck a parked car and came to a rest against the coca-cola bottling company. both officers were taken to the hospital to be treated for neck and back injuries. police will review the surveillance foot on to get a better description of the suspect's vehicle, all they know it is a darked-color vehicle that has heavy front end damage. police do not know if it was intentional or if the driver knew they were police officers. i spoke to someone in coca-cola, they came outside to look, it was his car that is damaged in all this, he is getting a ride home while the investigation is underway in juniata park. we're following a developing story, a home in the city's germantown section came
crashing down overnight at 1:00 a.m. on 5100 block of merion street. two people escaped without injury. he caught the ceiling i was holing it up, he said, come on, let's get out. thank we out of there. the red cross is helping two adults and five children from inside a neighboring home investigators are still there on the scene trying to figure out what caused the house to come crashing down. police plan more patrols in center city philadelphia this afternoon. it will be in response at that large melee at 15th and market yesterday. a group of teens were fighting each other, and they began throwing items at officers. police arrested 6 teenagers and a adult. chaotic, chaotic everywhere. what we had this afternoon was a significant number of kids close to 100 that were wondering
around looking for trouble. septa police add parents need to take responsibility to prevent teenage violence. a tina wheelchair is critically injured shot in west oak lane section. it was one of four shootings and one stabbing yet another violent night in the city. someone opened fire on the 18-year-old lime kiln pike. in the powellton section, one was injured. gunfire along 2800 block of huntington street was deadly. a 27-year-old man was killed. police chased down and caught two suspects a few blocks away. it's been warm these last two days, it is not uncommon for more people to be out on the highway and unfortunately and tragically we've had a large number of shootings. police are doing a good job
investigate the shootings an making arrests and hopefully we clear them all quickly. in west kensington a 21-year-old woman was stabbed in the chest on east willard street she is in stable condition this morning. atlantic city officials plan to bring bus loads of city residents to testify against the state takeover of the city. the mayor said it would strip system citizens of their constitutional rights. it would give the state the power to cancel union contracts and sell city assets and lands. moody's released an analysis warning that atlantic city will run out of money in the next few weeks if the measures are not approved by law makers. time to talk about accuweather, i enjoyed your facebook live yesterday. i wanted do tell you how great it is. >> reporter: i was telling people although it is only
