region. falls bridge reopened as of 3:00 a.m. yesterday, tam is very happy about that back there, probably you are too. they did a great job finishing the construction. take the falls bridge. 422 westbound at 23, left lane blocked for another hour or so. you want to watch for the construction, but traffic can get by, tam. developing this morning, a 16-year-old girl had a terrifying night she was shot by a stray bullet as she sat on her front steps. it happened before midnight in hunting park section. katherine scott is live outside east detective's with more on the story. >> reporter: good morning, tam, the 16-year-old girl is in stable condition in the hospital. police believe she was an innocent vick in all this, struck by a stray bullet. detectives at the east division continue to investigate. officers were called out to 7th and luzerne in hunting
park after 11:00 p.m. a 16-year-old girl was shot in the leg. she was standing on the front steps of the home talking to her sister when they heard several shots. she was hit in the thigh and she ran into the house where the family members helped her until medics arrives. at least four separate businesses in the immediate area do have exterior surveillance cameras. east detectives is on the location processing the scene. >> reporter: detective's do not have a detailed description of the shooter or shooters, if you have any tips east detective's want to hear from you. thanks for that report. developing this morning two bucks county teens were taken to the hospital after what police are calling an underage party.
the action cam was on the scene of crest drive in east rock hill township. police were called to the home for a noise complaint. officers did take some of the teens home. police have not said why the teens needed medical attention, but they said it was just a precaution. new this morning, a fight over a damaged car led to a stabbing in philadelphia's tacony section. you can see the dent in the vehicle parked original too -- to a lip street. are tulip street. police have a person in custody. a former pennsylvania supreme court justice has been slapped with a 50,000-dollar fine a week after michael aiken resigned after his role in the lewd e-mail scandal. his punishment would have been more severe if he hadn't stepped down. he will keep his state pension
