complex and when they got inside they made the disturbing discovery. the 36-year-old woman was discovered dead in the hour with the water running before 5:00 p.m. friends concerned she missed work came looking for her. a manager let them in. police say the investigation is preliminary. once inside we discovered the body of a 36-year-old black female laying naked in the tub with the shower running on top of her. the apartment is in disarray. there was some type of struggle. she is obviously dead we're waiting currently for a search warrant so we can continue our search. right now preliminary looks like she was probably strangled and beaten. >> reporter: police say there were no signs of forced entry. they are looking into to see if

she may have known her killer. friends tell police they spoke with the victim the night before. they say she does live alone. reporting live in sea cane. homicide detectives are on the face after a man was shot in wilmington and died. police were alerted to the gunfire by shots spotter acoustic following that alerts police that shots are being fired. a person is recovering after building hit by a car in nicetown. the girl is in stable condition and they are investigating whether charges are warranted. we have new details this morning on a shooting inside a atlantic city casino.

police arrested a 7th person. it happened at the taj mahal a week ago. 20 people were packed into the hotel room on the 47th floor. three juveniles were shot. they are expected to be okay. all the suspects are between 15 and 20 years old. the villanova wildcats have arrived in houston. military members formed a line of american flags for the final four team. it was the bus ride to the city where fans were gathered to greet them. students alumnae and fans packed the campus to send the team off yesterday afternoon. hundreds of students will be making their way down south to houston. ncaa gave 700 student tickets to the university. i took a nice loan out from my mom, but i'll get it done. go cats!

march, 2016. let's make it a great day we are off to a good start, overnight construction northbound lanes of the i-95 near the betsy ross bridge has cleared out. they are in the process of wrapping up along north broad at city hall and the passyunk avenue draw bridge all zones clear at 9:00 about nine minutes away. in west philadelphia there was a water main break yesterday afternoon. we expect walnut street to be blocked today. starting at 6:00 a.m. between 49th and 50th streets.
