problem coming in a disabled vehicle in a bad spot i-95 southbound at the ramp for bartram avenue. it's stuck in the gore point. people are going around it. watch for this disabled vehicle it doesn't have its blinkers on, it's giving people a hard time. watch for that. roads are damp we saw an accident on the schuylkill expressway, a vehicle spun out. you have to be careful out there. this is a live look at the boulevard. no problems southbound traffic pretty light volume as you head toward the schuylkill expressway. no delays, all the bridges are looking good at this point. this is a live look at the ben franklin bridge. just a few people up and about heading toward center city. i would pull the speeds down a notch. overall on the big picture, the blue route, schuylkill expressway, i-95 all in good shape. don't forget will extra congestion for the phillies home opener in south philadelphia. new from the overnight aalert ten antitipped -- an

alert tenant tipped off police about something that was going on in the business below her. someone had broken in, but they didn't find any suspects. they called in the fire department to put up the ladder to get up on the rooftop to take a look. there's new information about a collision that injured a delaware state trooper. a car cut off the officer as he was responding to the call. this happened on lime stone road and route 7 after the trooper activated his emergency lights and sirens. the cruiser official tailed and hit a white sedan driven by an 80-year-old man. the man is in the hospital. the trooper was treated and released. police in bucks county are look for a driver who hit a car and ran away.

barrett davis was asleep upstairs, his wife dolly was asleep downstairs. i heard something that sounded like thunder. it was mighty loud, i ran downstairs and there was a car blocking my stairway. barrett said the driver said call 911 and took off. she ran to a neighbor's house for help. she was taken to the hospital with chest pains and expected to be okay. the red cross is helping the couple with temporary lodging. police in montgomery are sorting out the details of a mysterious death. they will not say who died or how it might have happened. the death occurred at a house on the 200 block of moorehead avenue in west conshohocken. college students are renting the home and having a party on saturday night before the death was reported. both hillary clinton and donald trump are pushing for big wins in the northeast starting

$1 million for the driver accused of a former nfl player. cardell hayes shot will smith. hayes' lawyer said he opened fire because smith was reaching for a gun after the crash. hours before the incident, smith had dined with an officer who had once been sued by hayes in connection with a shooting death of hayes' father. investigators say they don't have any information linking the incidents yet. some cravings just can't be ignored i guess. washington, d.c. police released this surveillance of a burglar suspect at a five guys restaurant. he pours a fountain soda and cooks a cheese burger. he leaves and takes bottled water. he snuck into the restaurant by following a delivery man into the shop. a goat couldn't resist the
