ancora unit of the bay side prison on tuesday, he was spotted in ocean county yesterday. authorities say he may have been driving a stolen vehicle. buckle has a lengthy criminal record including aggravated assault and manslaughter. officials have this message for the fugitive. surrender immediately. you're going to be apprehended either way. our police department did not stop as long as is their is any thought you're in bank -- barnegot. the schools were on lockdown yesterday the district will be open today with a heavy police presence. we'll have a live report later on "action news." a 67-year-old woman was burned in the house fire in the city's germantown section. annie mccormick is live on the scene on north 17th with the

details. good morning, annie. >> reporter: let's get to the details of the fire, the 67-year-old woman suffered second degree burns to her face and neck. firefighters responded to the 6200 block after midnight. crews got the fire under control in just ten minutes. the fire was located on the second floor inside a middle bedroom. at this hour there's no cause. back out here live we're told the fire marshal will be out to investigate. the 67-year-old woman suffered smoke inhalation and expected to be okay. reporting live in germantown, annie mccormick channel 6 "action news." back to you. new this morning, a police officer in delaware county had a close call, the driver of an suv tried to make a turn and clipped the back of a trainer police cruiser it happened at post road and main street.

the cruiser ended up on the sidewalk, the officer was not hurt. new on "action news" a teacher at pottsgrove high school in montgomery county has been arrested for having a sexual relationship with a student. he had sex with an 18-year-old student last may. he tried to meet up with the child again but she declined. burden has been on paid leave since january. the school district is taking steps to have him fired. philadelphia police have identified the driver of a minivan shot and killed by philadelphia police officers. officials say 52-year-old richard poretti refused to stop when the officer felt threatened the officer opened fire. commissioner ross said it's early in the investigation and more fact finding needs to be

happening today, a 23-year-old temple student athlete who was critically injured in a hit-and-run will graduate. rachel hall was struck by a car, the 18-year-old who hit her fled the scene. doctors gave her a 20% chance of survival. her mother walked in her place to receive the dmoam in criminal criminal -- diploma. i'm glad to be back with my friends to graduate again it's good to be. today she'll take part in the honors program. tomorrow is the graduation ceremony for the entire university. congratulations to her, you can imagine what is a mother's heart. 4:38. still to come on "action news,"

we have the problem with the accident blocking that at that moment. as we look at delaware county, we have a problem on i-95. it's knew and causing an issue as we switch the camera scene, this is the traffic backup on i-95. southbound we have an accident that's blocking all lanes up ahead. northbound construction blocks the two lanes and the off-ramp again. the construction should be cleared at 5:00 a.m., i-95 southbound an accident ahead blocking all lanes. so we have slowing traffic in both directions, i-95 in delaware county near 320. use route 13 or 291 or route 1. messy on the roads even though the rain is not coming down. penn pretty bad medical center dedicated it's new trauma to the one of its surgeon who gave his life for our county.
