today is the day to go outside. >> reporter: no kidding, no rain, lots of sunshine and boy, have we earned this, right? taking a look at satellite and radar, they say the kind of thing i like to show you. clouds dissipated. we've cooled down with the lack of cloud cover. lots of sunshine on the way. even though you see cloud cover out in pittsburgh, that filters high cloud cover later in the day. a good looking morning. in the 40s in allentown and trenton, millville. mid 40s in some of the spots, a jacket is a good idea as you head out the door. on the bus stop, 53 degrees by 6:00 a.m. we'll see a good advance of nobodies today. 60 at 8:00 a.m. clear skies comfortable assuming you have the jacket. this afternoon no jacket required. lots of sunshine, maybe a few high clouds digging in as the day goes on. 64 by 9:00 a.m. 71 by 11:00.

with 66 people on board. the airline said the flight went missing 174 miles per hour off the egyptian coast shortly after interesting egyptian aerospace. officials believe it is more likely the plane went down because of a terror attack rather than a technical failure. the greek defense minister said the plane swerved and plunged ten thousand feet. a u.s. military aircraft is helping in the search and tsa remains on high alert for u.s.-bound international flights. white house is monitoring the situation. udz intelligence are -- u.s. intelligence are checking satellite imagery and all the backgrounds of the people on board the flight. this is new information, personal belongings and some of the debris discovered 180 miles

per hour north of alexandria. annie mccormick channel 6 "action news." back to you. here locally grief counselors will yet again be there for students at a delaware high school weeks after a classmate was killed in a bathroom fight another gunned down in broad daylight. katherine scott is outside howard high school of technology in wilmington. >> reporter: the school is mourning the loss of one student and now grieving the death of another in this case a 15-year-old boy, a freshman at howard high school as students head back to class today, there's going to be support staff and counselors on hand to offer support to classmates here. the 15-year-old boy was shot just a few blocks from school on the 900 block of clifford brown walk in wilmington at 3:20 p.m. he died from a bullet wound to the head. the detectives are searching for

evidence. this latest violence comes a month after the death of howard high school sophomore amy joyner-francis. the 16-year-old died after being beat up in a school bathroom. three girls were charged in connection with her death. as to what happened to the 15-year-old boy it remains under investigation. there's a ten thousand dollar reward leading to an arrest. neighbors say it was a typical afternoon when they heard the gunfire. i heard pow pow pow pow, i was like oh, shoot that sounded close to home. when i went outside, the individual was lying on the ground abbey everybody was screaming. >> reporter: the principal said all the howard community is pained by the loss of the young man keep the family in your thoughts and prayers. anyone with any information about who could be behind this is asked to call police. live in wilmington, katherine scott channel 6 "action news." thank you for that. two gay men beaten in

center city is suing their attackers. the group assaulted the men on chancellor street back in 2014. the three are being sued for unspecified damages. harrigan and williams pleaded guilty and are on probation, knots is in jail. christopher guesseppe is accused of molesting three children all under the age of ten. authorities fear there could be more victims they are asking anyone with anyone with information about him to come forward. authorities in camden county went joggers to be vigilant as they investigate the assault. a man along the trail in berlin park jumped out from the trees and grabbed a woman by her shirt yesterday morning. the victim punched and kicked and screamed and broke free.

she ran to a parking lot and someone found her and called 911. i always run to my mom and sister -- i always run with my mom and sister. >> reporter: the victim could only provide a vague description of her attacker. happening today, a public memorial service will be held to celebrate the life of peter liacouras. the president of temple university died after a long illness. he was 85. he was credited with transforming temple from a regional commuter college to largely residential university with stature and influence. today's memorial will takes place at the temple performing art center at 11:00 a.m. 5:37 and the weather looks glorious for the stotesbury are a regatta on the schuylkill river.
