and comfortable temperature-wise. 50 in allentown. 51 in reading. looking for 40s on the maps, the only one i see is in the poconos. on the bus stop this morning, mostly cloudy although there could sunny breaks, 6:00 p.m., 54. by 8:00. getting up to close to 60 degrees, as we roll through the afternoon it will be a mild one. 69 degrees by 11:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m., 72 degrees, the high today will be 74. that probably strikes around 2:00 p.m. and then a few spotty showers start to build in after 2 or 3:00 p.m. and that help ease the numbers down a bit, but it will be on or about 70 by 6:00 p.m. in philadelphia this afternoon. overall not too bad. pollen count running medium high not too bad. goes down and inches back up thursday and by the time we get to thursday we are looking at the return of not only much warmer temperatures, but higher humidity. you're telling me you don't care because you're sick of all these cool days.

prevented people from returning to 6 apartments. red cross is helping them. a family in chester has been torn apart by gunfire meant for someone's. the victims are teenage -- meant for someone else. the victims are teenage cousins and one was killed. annie mccormick has more. >> reporter: the teenagers were not the intended target, but at this hour are not saying who was. now the mayor of chester is asking people to come forward with any information after one teen was killed another wounded and a woman was wounded. there was no remorse, no nothing, they didn't care. >> reporter: jenene shipley was one of three people shot saturday night on pine street. shipley spoke to "action news" after being released from the hospital. family members identified the
teenager as 14-year-old zenas powell and identified his 16-year-old cousin quamar powell who was critically injured in the shooting. shipley was a passenger in the stopped war when two gunman emerge from the alley and began shooting. family members of the young cousin said nas was a good kid and never made it back to his grandmothers. he went to the store and both of them to get shot up like they did, no, they did not deserve that. >> reporter: at last check quamar was listed in critical condition at the hospital. police are reviewing surveillance video in the area to tried get more information. reporting live out chester police headquarters, tamala. grief counselors will be at work yet again in the area this time trying to help students in
south jersey upset over a classmate's death due to a drunk driver. ricardo patterson of new jersey hit antwan timbers junior. patterson is charged with dui and reckless driving. a driver hit a septa police officer and kept going. he was hit in the mayfair section yesterday afternoon. the transit officer will undergo surgery for a broken collarbone and leg fracture. president obama is in victim for the his first stop in asia. he listed the arms embargo -- he lifted the arms embargo go. this will remove a lingering vestige of the colder war. the peace corps will
