we believe that the victim was able to get out of the car and continue to run on foot across the street where shots were continueed to be fired at him, he was shot in the head. police say the victim was shot in the head. officers rushed him to the hospital in critical condition. the gunfire hit two other cars on the block. near the scene, police found the minivan that matched the description of the suspect's vehicle. two people were taken in for questioning. police found a large amount of crack cocaine on the suspect at the hospital. the search continues for a driver who struck a 6-year-old boy on a bike and backed up and sped away. surveillance recorded the crash on oak wood street in norristown. police found the striking vehicle a few blocks from the scene. the driver is on the run. the victim is in stable condition. one person is dead and
