under-- there are fire crews out here, police, as well. because the investigation is underway, they say the man in his 90s did not make it out. a fire broke out at 2:00 a.m. on south taylor. crews arrived to heavy smoke on the second floor and the middle of the house. the victim in his 90s was trapped inside and later discovered in a front second floor bedroom. they used huge efforts to bring as many people out here, it was a fully involved fire when they did respond. they had multiple crews out here. there are multiple people affected on either side of the home. we spoke to some of the neighbors who were trying to stay warm in her car. here's what one neighbor had to say.
