the coast there in beach haven, 86 and 86 in cape may. dew point numbers are still pretty high. they are in the upper 60s and the lower 70s but look at beach haven, a dew point number of 77 degrees, any time you have air masses this strong and this high, we have a lot of humidity that is building and it will continue as we go throughout the rest of today. as you factor in the heat season humidity, it feels like a heat index of 92. where we have that high dew point temperature in beach haven, a heat index of 100, feels like 101 in d.c. and dover. the excessive heat warning stays up. something to keep in mind an air quality alert, for areas of south jersey and central jersey, the air is unhealthy for extensive groups and monitor your outdoor activity especially on a day like today. it looks like this, we have a

pouring out on the sidewalk and that resident ran down to the firehouse, firefighters quickly responded to the 4300 block of main street. within minutes the water department and several other city actions worked on the main. chelsea was told to evacuate her apartment. >> i went out side and there was literally a lake out front, and flooding in the basement and power is off. >> the basement of two buildings housing yeah's wine bar is pumping the water out. >> one side of the street has maintained their water service and one side of the street is without water, the side without water should have their water back on later today but repair crews are expected to remain out here for most of the day. business owners on the busy stretch of main street has varying degrees of damage, in all the break impacted different
