police are trying to figure out who shot him and why. you now to "action news" excuse, a viewer recorded video shows a women texting allong the schuylkill expressway and steering the car with her feet. katherine scott along 76 with the video and. >> reporter: the couple caught the woman at a traffic light on belmont avenue and realized the woman behind her had her foot on the steering wheel and hands on the cell phone. we've all seen drivers on their cell phones this appears to surpass that level of distraction. a woman caught on video, phone in hand, foot on wheel. the couple was so outraged they started recording. you can see her new balance shoe on the wheel, eyes glued to the

phone, both hands typing through neighborhood streets. >> there were points where she was swerving. >> you could see her on 76 and going toward center city. that i couldn't believe. >> reporter: at one point we beeped at her to get her attention, i yelled to her, get off your phone she smirked and went back to whatever she was doing. a driver in colorado was texting speeding down the interstate with one leg on the dashboard. a passenger in the next car recorded the image and its been shared on facebook thousands of times. >> that video is horrifying. delaware state police busted three pawn shop owners

for buying and selling stolen goods. they were arrested last week. the 18 month investigation operations golden eye began in 2015. they would steal healthcare products from local cvs and walgreens stores and sell them. 23 people were involved in the scheme. a berks county burglary suspect crime spree may have stretched into lancaster county. zachary may is accused of breaking into st. john's church. he got away with $30 and caused $4,600 in damage. may is in jail for 11 other burglaries at churches and schools in berks county. new jersey chris christie calls the report that he lied about the bridgegate scandal
