and is on the run this morning. he snatched his girlfriend on tuesday, he threatened to absolute the nurses if they didn't cooperate. authorities is not sure if buzzard who is being treated for bipolar disorder went willing. drivers and rescue crews will resume looking for a man who disappeared in the schuylkill river this morning. he was last seen at the 30th street chestnut street bridge. two men dove in to help him, rescue crews pulled them out of the water. both of them are okay. it's bad enough to see people driving with one hand and texting with the other. a local couple watched a woman hit the schuylkill expressway at rush hour, texting with her hands and driving with her feet. they caught the whole thing on
