storm tracker6 live double scan slows us we're dry for a tuesday morning. as we head outside we're looking at the promise of plenty of sunshine. center city looking nice and bright from our temple university camera looking south along broad street. temperature currently is 74 degrees but the best news of all that dewpoint which was up close to 70 yesterday is down to 58 and that's below that 60-degree threshold for what we would consider humid air. the winds are running 7 miles per hour right now. satellite shows you a lack of any significant cloud cover around and yeah it's going to start out sunny he this morning and probably stay mostly sunny throughout the day. 78 degrees by 10 o'clock. dig out of the 70's by 11 o'clock this morning. still warm this afternoon, 84 by noon and a high of 89 at about 3 o'clock. by 5 o'clock, we'll be down 87. so cool drinks if you're outside playing or working today. but the humidity levels going to he remain a lot lower. high temperatures across the region 86 in reading, 85 in allentown, 84 in lancaster, 87 in trenton, 87 in wilmington, 86 in millville. down the shore 81 degrees not too bad but there is that issue continuing at the shore

with heavy surf and a moderate sk of rip currents. in fact over the next couple of days with a couple of tropical storms or systems out there in the atlantic, we could be looking at even a high rick of rip currents at times. so, definitely swim near the lifeguards. high temperatures on the beach not bad, low 80's today and still in the 70's in the water. but again, swim near the lifeguards. so here's our problems. we've still got hurricane gaston well off the coast continuing to push those swells into our coastline. tropical depression number eight still not a tropical storm but probably will be later. that one looks like it's going to affect us with rip currents and tropical depression number nine is probably going to wind up cutting off the coast as well later on. this one also expected to become a named storm. the next two names are hermine and ian. they both could happen today. not sure which is which but we'll see. depends on which develops first. little change in the track of this one closer to us is that it now most likely isn't even going to make landfall in cape hatteras before it goes past us. but during the day on wednesday we are expecting
