bracing for had hurricane matth. >> we'll have more on what to expect with the weather around here with david murphy and karen rogers is looking at the roads. >> reporter: not completely dry around the area. storm tracker 6 live double scan tracking showers through philadelphia currently and more farther south and more showers and iting the delaware coast north of dover and push into cumberland county. if you get caught underneath that it will not last long, but it will slow you down. it's cloudy and foggy, we'll talk about that in a moment. as we get into the morning and in the afternoon we are expecting breaks in the clouds and there's a chance of a spotty shower later on, but we should transition to sunshine. there's fog around, as i mentioned, some visibilities are below a mile, atlantic city, toms river, reading and lancaster. if you're driving around and you encounter the fog slow it down. it should not last more than a few hours.

they are leasing enough trains that the trains go back on schedule, normal frequency and pattern. you should be able to get back to normal with the septa regional rails. if you're driving on the roads you see the issues, it's all dave's fault with the weather. we have fog out there. we have low visibility it's damp as you're traveling. schuylkill expressway king of prussia, live past 202 eastbound traffic moving through with the fog, you're doing all right, slow it down. this accident now partially blocking the intersection in north wales on welsh road at keystone drive. turnpike eastbound we have crews blocking the right lane, that's slowing you down to 45 miles per hour right now, tam. >> thank you karen. creepy clowns is becoming a phenomenon around the country where people have seen them and felt scared or threatened. now they are here. somebody has been posting creepy

clown threats targeting schools in the area. katherine scott is live at neumann goretti high school with the details. >> reporter: there are several posts from different accounts mentioning specific schools by name in our area. one is neumann goretti. authorities are not taking this lightly. a different user who threatened other schools in the area came out after the story posted on 6abc, saying the clown joke is officially over. this instagram post was made by clown philly. saying coming to newman gorett on monday saying going to shoot all the kids and the teachers. word of the post spread quickly. >> the neighborhood would never let it happen because it's such a close and tight community, it

would definitely be stopped. >> recently scary clowns have been popping up across the country. this weekend came a flurry of threatening clown posts mentioning specific schools in the area. a post account called philly clown 215 threatened students at northeast charter high school. that user he posted saying the clown joke is officially over. authorities authorities are not laughing and philadelphia police along with the school district sent a joint statement saying the philadelphia police department is actively investigating the social media post and pursuing those responsible for them. homeland security is assisting in the investigation. the archdiocese says the schools that have been specifically named in the threats will have extra police presence, so we expect to see that today here at neumann goretti. nydia. >> police in south jersey are

investigating a shooting that left a man seriously wounded. gunfire erupted along east broadway and olive street in salem county where police found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. the victim was rushed to a nearby hospital we don't know his condition right now. police are searching for the gunman. police in delaware county, pennsylvania are trying to track down a person who stabbed two people. officials were called to chester around 8:00 p.m. that's where they found two people injured we've one stabbed repeatedly. police have not released any further information about the victims or potential suspect. >> 5:06. the philadelphia orchestra strike is over 48 hours after the musicians walked out. musicians and the leadership signed a tentative agreement on a 3 year contract. it includes salary increases each year bringing the base pay to $138,000 by the third year.

they walked out of verizon hall effectively canceling their performance. happening today, the highest court in the country will begin a new term as it ends the last one. 8 supreme court justices will open a new term for the first time in decades. hot button issues immigration reform, same-sex marriage and affordable healthcare are not on the docket for this session. a gop-led senate refused to consider president obama's candidate to fill the vacancy created by the death of court justice scalia. haiti and jamaica are bracing for hurricane matthew.

matthew is curnltly -- currently a category 4 hurricane. evacuations are underway in cuba that's where matthew could hit later in the week. >> david murphy is tracking all of it for us. >> reporter: we're tracking matthew, we'll look at when it will be in our neck of the woods. storm tracker 6 live double scan shows most of us are dry this morning. there's a little bit of a shower popping through most of region. some of the this light precipitation is pushing into philadelphia and northeast philadelphia and southern and bucks and montgomery county before too much longer. there's some of that in south jersey pushing out of delaware. some heavier cells in cumberland county. those won't last too long as they go through, but you want to slow it down as you encounter

it. in some areas we're looking at fog. not too bad in penns landing. in some areas you might encounter fog, when that happens slow it down. 63 degrees in philadelphia. it's cool and dank as you head out early and cloudy. 63 in trenton. 60 in wilmington. 61 in millville. 64 in cape may. future tracker 6 shows you as we go through the morning up through midday we'll return sunshine into play. the rest of the afternoon features a mixture of clouds and sun this is the afternoon view. some of spots have that. by 10:00 p.m. most of that is over with, but it will end overnight. up in the lehigh valley, sun and clouds, 73 is the high in lehigh valley. 74 the high at the shore, clouds and sun, mainly dry at the shore. 68 in the ocean water. 76 is the high in philadelphia with clouds mixing with some

sunshine increasing as the day goes on, in fact. the spotty shower chance exists, but it's not historic. 58 overnight, cloud and shower and drizzle there. tomorrow we winds up with a lot of the clouds building in as the day goes on, there could be a spotty shower tomorrow, otherwise it's drizzle, things getting better later in the day. hurricane matthew still a major hurricane, category 4. looks like it will maintain that with the latest track coming close to the edge of haiti and eastern cuba and degenerating to a category 3 and finally a 2 as it heads toward the coast. it looks like it will be close to coastal north carolina at some point. most of the models have it pushing out to sea before it gets to us, some of it has it bringing rain and wind, we'll continue to keep an eye on that. 76 degrees, clouds and sun, mostly cloudy tomorrow, drizzle. 69 degrees is the high. 71 and nice on wednesday. looks like thursday and friday

you want to call ahead if you're flying out. 2.5 in trenton. .3 in atlantic city. particularly dense in that area. we have fog more widespread. we had some days last week where the fog was hit or miss. fog is we had spread, so watch for that. we have an accident in north wales blocking the intersection of welsh road and keystone drive. the ben franklin bridge a little foggy, westbound traffic moving just fine as you ahead toward center city. yesterday's high, 67 degrees. today we're going to do better we'll flip flop the numbers, 76. it's currently 59 in martins creek, 59 in warrington. 63 in center city. 60 in glass borough, 64 degrees heading out in dover, delaware. watch for the fog, it's damp out there, too, nydia. >> new on "action news," bus drivers in wisconsin are worried about how kids are going to get to school.

after mini explosion and fire raged from bus to bus yesterday. more than 30 buses in a bus farm went up in flames. it took two dozen fire departments to keep the flames from further spreading. the bus company gathered enough replacement buses to get the buses on the roads today. the source of the fire was not determined but it is under investigation. a brazen vandals hit the trump international hotel in washington, d.c. with graffiti. pictures show black lives matter no justice no peace spray painted the side entrance of the hotel. the hotel officially opened in september. a grand opening is set for this month. no arrests have been made. new on "action news," another night of unrest in el cajon, california as people take to the street.

people refused to leave the area in the officer involved shooting police released two videos on friday, police shot him balls he was in a shooting stance as ever -- because he was in a shooting stance and pulled something out of his pocket and pointed it at the officer. a wake will be held for the scot and the funeral service will be held at james island, south carolina, scott's death led to two nights of protest in downtown charlotte. videos have been released, but they do not offer a definitive look if he was armed. >> a woman said a gas station charged her ten thousand dollars for one tank of gas. she said she used a credit card
