headaches for septa regional rail riders. today they go back to normal schedule. septa is telling us it's normal frequency, normal time and schedules. july 1 part of the fleet went out of service. today 50 repaired rail lines go back into service. when you add that to the leased cars, that makes it a full schedule. it means a better commute for you starting today. let me know how it's going on facebook and twitter. right now we can say on time and severing fine with the regional rails. let's look live at 422. i know it's dark, but we've noticed fog in spots along 422 looking live at trooper you can see the fog in the distance with the headlights. use the low beams and travel safely with the fog. this is a live look at the ben franklin bridge, pretty much clear, westbound traffic moving okay coming into the city. no major jam at this point, some
reduced visibility. >> creepy clowns is a if a none none around -- phenomenon around the county. now they are around here. police are looking into a social media threat. katherine scott is live at neumann gorett with more. >> reporter: one of the schools mentioned in the tweet is neumann goretti are taking the threat seriously. a different user who threatened other threats in the area came out after the story was on 6abc, posting that the clown joke was officially over. this instagram post from saturday was made by an account of clown of philly. it states coming to neumann goretti on monday, going to shoot all the killed and the teachers. at the italian festival, a block
away from the school, word of the post spread quickly. >> that's disgusting. >> it's scary. >> neighborhood would never let it happened. it's a close and tight-knit community. >> reporter: recently carrey clowns have been popping up across the country. this weekend came a flurry of threatening clown posts mentioning specific schools in the area. a post to the account called philly clown 215 threatened students at northeast charter high school. overnight that account user posted saying the clown joke is officially over. authorities are not laughing and philadelphia police along with the school district of philadelphia sent a joint statement saying the philadelphia police department is actively investigating the social media post and pursuing them. homeland security is assisting in the investigation. the archdiocese schools that were named in the life
threatening will have extra police presence today. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> police in south jersey are investigating a shooting that left a man seriously wounded. gunfire erupted along east broadway and olive street in salem county. police found a man with a gunshot wound to the chest. the victim was rushed to the hospital. we don't know his condition right now. police are searching for the gunman. police in pennsylvania are trying to track down the person who stabbed two people. officials were called to the scene in chester around 8:00 p.m. that's where they found two people injured each one stabbed repeatedly. police have not released any further information about the victims or a potential suspect. >> the philadelphia orchestra strike is over 48 hours after the musicians walked out. the musicians and their leaders signed a 3 year agreement.

under mostly cloudy skies, a shower in the evening possible, drizzle developing overnight after that. tomorrow looks like we cloud up fairly quickly through most of the day, we have the threat of a little drizzle around, maybe a spotty shower later in the afternoon, things look like they are generally trying to dry out a little bit. hurricane matt that you is a category four hurricane, looks like it will come near jamaica. it comes through as a category 3 through the bahamas and the category 2 and hopefully a one by the time it gets into the carolinas. after that most of the models has it spinning off the coast. there's one where it would be close to the shore where we would see wind and rain. we'll keep you posted. 76 degrees, clouds and sun, spotty shower. mostly cloudy tomorrow, 69, drizzle at times. wednesday, thursday, friday, that's a nice stretch of weather. high temperatures in the low to

moving nicely, the volume is not too bad. we have fog in some of the areas, you need to be careful as you're traveling. let's look at the visibility reports. .3 in allentown and atlantic city. it's been that way in pomona, atlantic city international. now a half mile in wilmington, reading, 1.3 in lancaster. 4 miles in philadelphia. so fog in most of the region at varying degrees enough to impact your morning commute. be careful as you're traveling. in one area where we had fog and rain recently. we have an accident. route 55 northbound at 322. we have an accident, restricting traffic with a lane blocked, speeds 43 miles per hour as you travel near 322. storm tracker 6 live double scan we had rain that moved through much of the area. one of the last places it hit was route 55. as we go in closer, here's glassboro, the accident is right
here, the showers are here, the roads are wet along 55. 49, millville, mays landings, route 30 the white pours -- white horse pike. scattered showers in cherry hill. the damage is done, the roads are wet, fog is out there, take it easy, nydia. >> good advice. bus drivers in wisconsin are worried about how kids will get to school after many explosions and fires raged from bus to bus yesterday. the sheriff's department said more than 30 buses at a bus farm went up in flames. it took two dozen fire departments to keep the flames from further spreading. the bus company got enough replacement buses to run normally today. the cause has not been determined but it's under investigation. another night of unrest in

into "action news" a car scrums the curb -- jumps the curb and came to a stop in olney. police are looking for three men running from a vehicle at north master street around 3:00 a.m. police say the tags on the car did not match the vehicle. they found alcohol and other sub stanes in the car. there does not appear to be major structural damage to the house the car hit. >> reporter: scary scene there. the ride in not too bad. fog an issue. let's look at the platt bridge. southwest philadelphia, i-95 not moving badly at this point. we have light volume out there,

unharmed. all this happened at a private residence in paris where she was staying during fashion week. two men dressed as police reportedly tied her up and locked her in a bathroom and rode off on bikes with more than $10 million worth of jewelery. her husband kanye west was performing before a sold-out crowd in new york city when he got the news. >> i'm sorry, family emergency i have to stop. >> it is unclear whether the couple's two young children were with kardashian-west at the time of the robbery. officials have placed her family under police protection. a police investigation in the poconos has linked to a missing person's case in the lehigh valley. state police and fire officials and the coroner are excavating a wooded area for several days. the home belongs to the man who once worked with holl grim.
she vanished after dropping her son off at the backup. now to the latest on a deadly crash in hockey -- hoboken. the engineer said he had no memory of the accident. he said he was going ten miles per hour as he approached the station. thursday's crash killed a person and injured 100 others. investigators have been confronted with a series of hurdles one of which is simply getting access to the evidence. >> it is a slow and meth on onl process. >> a black box retrieved over the weekend was not functioning at the time of the crash. investigators hope to retrieve a second data recorder buried under the debris. >> david murphy is here, you're saying monday is going to
transition to a decent day. >> reporter: we'll have sun later on, we have precipitation right now but it's looks like it's falling a part mainly over south jersey. as we look outside, sky6 live hd there's the airport, you can see indeed it's a little bit on the cloudy side out there and in some cases we have fog, too, be careful of that as you're driving around, we have school kids and pedestrians and animals out there. in terms of the rain it's south of us, over the southern portion of route 55 and millville and ac expressway near hammonton and mays landing. sea isle city may catch a little bit of this. the last significant cell crossing the delaware bay looks like it will be south of cape may. 63 degrees is the current temperature in philadelphia. most of us in the low 60s. winds are light at five miles per hour.

it looks like over the next couple of days it will be coming through haiti and close enough to cause problems in jamaica and category 3 and category 2 as it passes through the bahamas next week. looks like the storm is pushing toward our latitude, but most of the models has it pushing off the coast and not having any effect on us. 76 today, clouds and sun, perhaps a spotty shower, tomorrow, drizzle at times, 69 degrees is the high, mainly cloudy, wednesday, thursday, friday, all look like pretty nice days with highs in the low to mid 70s. a decent amount of sunshine especially on thursday. thursday is the mostly sunny day. clouds and sun this weekend, 73. looks like we're dry on sunday, but cooler. >> thanks david. 6:40 new controversy from

dreary monday morning, but david murphy says we'll see sun, high of 76 today. 6:44 a.m., 63 degrees, as we take a live look at cape may. >> let's head over to karen rogers and see what it looks like on the commute, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, we have problems with the morning commute. i just got off the phone with the state police, they are telling me about the accident 55 northbound involving a tractor-trailer and one other vehicle. one lane is getting by. you can see what it's doing to traffic in the area, 8 miles per hour 55 northbound in here 322. a bills area you're crawling along 55. give it extra time for the accident too clear, the crews are out there and one lane squeezing by. we have an accident that just cleared 40-foot road at welsh road. an accident west chester pike near terminal avenue. they are sending crews to the scene in that area, as well. good news for a change on mass
