today is similar to yesterday minus the winds. 5 miles per hour in the poconos and 8 miles per hour there in atlantic city. it won't feel too bad when you step outside. here is satellite 6 along with action radar we are clear from new england down across the mid-atlantic, you see clouds starting to build to the west, those will stay away from the region until we get into tonight as the ridge of high pressure loses its grip across the region allow clouds to spill on through. today clouds and sun and a seasonable one. high temperature of 66 degrees and clear early and then turning cloudy. we drop to 48 in philadelphia and lower 40s and upper 30s in the suburbs north and west of town. we have a ridge of high pressure that moves to the east allowing for that return flow, we get a few more clouds coming in by wednesday afternoon. a high temperature of 68 and this front off to the west moves in by thursday allowing for
temperatures to briefly warm up for thursday and then they cool back down for the work week. tropical storm nicole, maximum sustained winds at 60 miles per hour. this moves north-northwest today and increases the forward speak and more than likely strengthening to a hurricane 1 tomorrow and probably a category 2. sunny and less wind and high of 66 today. clouds and sun on wednesday and high of 68 and thursday 72 and most spots should say dry. friday 63 and middle and upper 60s over the weekend and 71 and rain is possible on monday. not a bad day and plenty of nine. all new the middle is moving
