duty crash arrested and charged with vehicular homicide. toxicology tests show he was drunk hitting a pole killing his passenger. a drive-by shooting wounded a woman in new castle county, delaware. someone in a red car fired into a crowd. that woman was hit in the jaw by a bullet. no word on her condition this morning. an amtrak train hit a man in bucks county and he survived. chopper 6 hd was over the tracks in croyden along bristol pike. the fast moving train was moving from new york to washington. a hearing will be held to add positive train controller. speed played a role in the crash in hoboken. new jersey won federal approval

damp later this morning, from the south, i'll show you that wider on the satellite in a moment. as we take a look outside, most of us are looking at mainly cloudy skies, patchy fog around especially in south jersey and delaware this morning, as the platt bridge doesn't look particularly foggy here. we're looking fairly mild and dry in most neighborhoods. 65 degrees currently in philadelphia. the dewpoint is up close to the temperature, though, that's an indication of fairly saturated air. you couple that with couple winds it's possible we could see the developments of additional fog in places we don't have it right now. be careful of that driving around. future tracker 6 handling the rain story, there's a chance of showers you saw an radar coming up and pushing off to the north an east in the afternoon. otherwise it's clouds and sunny breaks. by 6:00 we'll have our eyes out to the west with the possibility of showers developing and coming in ahead of an approaching cold front. as we come in this stuff may

as the result of hate. my son matt was murdered in laramie, wyoming, in 1998. he was befriended by two men in a bar who pretended to be gay. they offered him a ride home, and when he was in their car, they robbed him and beat him. they drove matt out to the prairie and tied him to a split-rail fence, then beat him some more and left him for dead. in the aftermath of matt's death, my family saw the best of america in the love and support we were shown. so when i see the hate that donald trump has brought to his campaign for president, it terrifies me. i'd like to punch him in the face, i'll tell ya. ahh, i don't know what i said, uhh, i don't remember. he's a mexican. i could stand in the middle of fifth avenue and shoot somebody, and i wouldn't... words have an influence. violence causes pain. hate can rip us apart. i know what can happen as the result of hate, and donald trump should never be our president. priorities usa action is responsible for the content of this advertising.
