people out and about coming in from dep ford or turnersville on 42. no delay an easy nine minute ride in both directions as you head out. >> thanks for the update developing this morning, philadelphia police are investigating the shooting of a transgendered woman. the attackers followed the victim home from a bar. annie mccormick is live outside 19th district police headquarters with the latest on this one. annie you've been in touch with the investigators what are they telling you about? >> reporter: gray, they are looking for two suspects, there was a vague description of the one who fired the shots. he does have tattoos on his face. according to police, the suspect fired five shots at the victim who is identified as a 21-year-old transgendered woman at 66th and malvern. the victim was hit in the hip. earlier the police say the victim and the suspect were in
the same bar and it appears the victim was followed after leaving the bar to head home. >> we don't have a motive for the shooting at this time. we just know that the victim and the two perpetrators, one of whom fired the shots they were inside a bar at 66th and landsdown just prior to the shooting taking place. we don't believe the two perpetrators were with the victim inside the bar, but they were inside the bar separately. >> reporter: now, we are told that the suspect who fired the shots, fired at least five of them. the victim was hit in the hip and is in stable condition in the hospital and expect the to be okay. reporting live in west philadelphia, annie mccormick channel 6 "action news." back to you. >> thank you for the update. new information to tell you about this morning, a camden county metro officer is recovering after being hit by a
car. driver knocked him to the ground at north 5th and vine streets while on another car. no word if the driver will face charges. a criminal targeted the wrong man in one philadelphia neighborhood. police say the victim fired shots at a would-be robber. the suspect was shot during an attempted robbery in feltonville section. police arrested the suspect and took him to the hospital to be treated for the gunshot injury to the leg. memorials get underway for the late fedel castro. a mass public ceremony is planned tomorrow. castro died friday at the age of 90. today's service coincide with the start of the u.s. airline first regularly commercial flights to had a vanna. castro's -- havana. castro's death has reignite

lot of folks will hunt for deals. last year, amazon customers ordered 54 million items worldwide. that's 629 items per second. many consumers have been doing that looking for deals for days and generally speaking trends have been shifting. online sales on black friday reached a new high as more shoppers started to skip crowded stores. many stores released their online deals earlier they stretch them longer and give the same deals in stores, so the deals are not all concentrated on cyber monday as they once were. amazon starting pointed sales early, black friday deals a few weeks ago. a busy day at amazon as they get the holiday shopping underway. >> there are 8 miles of conveyer belts moving packages throughout the facility. 3,000 associates work here right now. in the next couple of days we

as we look at the temperature profile. 34 degrees in philadelphia. a lot of suburbs as we just showed you a few minutes ago are in the 20s, upper 20s or at the very least near the freezing mark. bundle up this morning, winds are out of the west, but they are calm in philadelphia. you'll find that across the region. we'll get sunshine a little bit later on up over the horizon, again we're watching the clouds out to the west they will thicken up at least a bit during the day, and eventually rain to the west arrives that's not until tomorrow morning. over the next 12 hours, look for it to start out bright and wind up cloudier 35 degrees and cold by 8:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m., 42. noon, 50 degrees, that's not too bad in case you have errands to run this afternoon. wind on the light side. 5:00 p.m., 53 degrees getting into the 40s by 6:30 p.m. if you have errands to get done
over the next several days, today is the day to do it because we have periods of rain over the next several days. 49 degrees in allentown. 5 # in reading. 56 in wilmington. this is a day you don't see much . eagles, kickoff 55 degrees and 46 degrees in the 4th quarter. we have clouds giving way to run quickly. that's the 9:00 picture. could be off and on rain through the afternoon. we get into wednesday morning and we're cloudy, but then wednesday afternoon another slug of rain comes in and wednesday's rain could at times be heavier than tomorrow. tuesday you got rain off and on
