attacks took place in hawaii. newly released voice video philadelphia at a parking lot. the victim tried to get her bag back and was instead dragged by the thief's car when he was making a get away. it happened along oregon avenue in the middle of the day on november 27th. the thief watched a woman put groceries in the front of her car and swiped her purse from another door. she ran after him and was dragged by him. the heroin crisis claimed another life in bucks county. falls township responded to another overdose death late last night. that is five deaths in just 11 days in the community. police say that two people that were with the victim are now in custody. multiple deaths believed to be linked to heroin philadelphia.

and a train slammed into a car at 6:30234 camden. one person was taken to the hospital in stable condition and it's still not known exactly why the car ends up on the tracks. service is back to normal at search for victims at the deadly fire at the warehouse fire in oakland is 100% over. all the victims are identified and the crimi could result in murder charges. lauren lister has more now from oakland. >> reporter: there is no official cause of the fire in that warehouse but authorities believe it may have been electrical. the search for bodies 100% complete and the focus now is s. officials zeroing in on a refrigerator and other electrical devices as the potential force of the massive devastation friday night. >> they are gathering the

a strong indonesia today killing nearly 100 people and sparking a frantic rescue efforts and dozens of buildings have collapsed or were damaged. the indonesia government declared a two week eeme area w quake struck. the same area that was deaf stated by an earthquake and tsunami in 2004. in pakistan a plan with 48 people on board crashed into a

executives with at&t and time warner are proposing their merger a good idea. the ceos of both companies made their appeal to a hearing in washington, d.c. lawmakers in both parties are skeptical of the deal and fear that at&t would block other service providers from using president-elect donald trump says he would kill the merger.

well, here is a sight we are hoping not to see for a while. a blizzard hit north dakota. bismark got 6 inches of snow and grand forks got 15 inches in the past 24 hours. winds gusted to more than 50 miles per hour and windchills were below 20 this morning and more snow is possible today. >> that is too bad. >> ha, ha, ha. >> it's cold enough to snow in a few days. >> certainly in the morning. >> we timed the rain just right. >> yes we did. stormtracker 6 live double scan showing you that after a misty drizzly start we are back to dry conditions as we look outside we have cloudy skies overhead and this is earlier on the action cam down there on the ben franklin parkway looking straight at the art museum in philadelphia. you see how the roads this morning were still damp and

everything is doing a good job of drying out now, it's chilly and grab your coat if you have errands to run. wins from the north north west at 14 miles per hour as strong as those winds will get. enough enough to push your car around the road but enough to add to the chilly feel. 44 in allentown and 44 in reading and 46 in wilmington and 44 in trenton and 46 in philadelphia and 45 in cape may. everybody is beneath the clouds and even temperatures. there are breaks in the clouds and thinning to the west and we hope to see the return of sunny breaks as we go through the next several hours. if you get lucky in your neighborhood you may get sunshine for a bit. future tracker 6 is suggesting that at 4:30 you see breaks in the model. hopefully we can get the sunshine in. mostly cloudy and chilly and 48 and the sun bursting through.

outside we had sunshine briefly before the clouds took it right back in like the blob. a bit breezy at the shore and 55 is the high there. and in philadelphia we'll call it mostly cloudy with hopefully some sunny breaks later. chilly and a high of 50 degrees, winds 7 to 14 miles per hour. for the evening commute you may need your sunglasses at times if the sun peeks through at 4:00. 48 and maybe some sun and 43 by 6:00 and 41 by 7:00 and it's a chilly overnight. mainly cloudy overnight and cold conditions on tap. and 36 is the low in philadelphia and with all the clouds all the suburbs are not much different. wins from the west at 6 to 12 miles per hour not all that strong. big change tomorrow with a front coming at us, only 45 degrees with clouds and sunny breaks

tomorrow and as the front gets past late interday and at night the winds pick up and it feels cold out there. and we have stuck with the colder air on friday, saturday and even sunday. you see the windchills in the 20s on friday and saturday and are low as well. here are the windchills on future tracker 6 when have you the 45 degree high it feels like 40 and winds not that strong yet. watch what happens, the windchills go down overnight and 6:30 in the morning on friday it feels like the teens and low 20s and probably the upper 20s in the afternoon, your exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast today's high is 50 and mostly cloudy skies and hoping on sunny breaks later and a high of just 45 and late in the day or evening could be a sprinkle or flurry around. and blustery and cold on friday and feeling like the 20s most of the day and maybe a flurry or shower here and there.
