questioned by police. he was arraigned charged in the death of his own mother on lower hill top road. neighbors say the mother and son lived there alone. they were called there after zachary copy wearing shorts and flip flops stopped a car and told the driver he killed his mother. officers found the body of rebecca cope inside the kitchen at 3:00 p.m. >> it was apparent she suffered blunt trauma to the head and stab and cuts wounds to her body. >> i'm shocked i wouldn't think anything like this would happen. he seemed like a nice guy. >> at this point there's no word on what may have prompted the attack. cope is being held without bail. live in lower makefield township. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> happening today, a federal judge will hold a hearing in center city on whether to begin
